Relaxing place to stay and we were instantly made to feel at home by the hosts. The rooms were really high quality with little extras dotted around the place. Definitely a big step up from your average B&B; extremely comfy and spotlessly clean. Parking is a bit limited in the immediate vicinity of the b&b, but this was a minor inconvenience. If we are ever in the area again i'd hope to get booked in here! would definitely recommend.
Thanks for a great stay!

Thank you Alex for your review. Much appreciated. Yes parking is limited as with Southport as a whole. In the summer with do have Parking permits from April to end of September, which helps. Pleased you enjoyed your stay with us & look forward to future stay with us.

Tried to stay at this b & b many times but was always fully booked, but not this time and it wasn't let down we had a beautiful bay window at the front of the hotel to watch the world go by and you certainly see some characters walking or staggering down Bath Street lol the room was well presented and very clean with a large comfy king sized bed and extra pillows in the wardrobe if required. When we arrived we had a big hearty welcome off Kathie who showed us to our room and around the hotel, in our room there was a silent fridge with complimentary fresh milk which we received each day along with a bottle of still and sparkling water, there was a very good selection of tea and coffee provided along with biscuits each day. The breakfast was really filling with a huge choice of fresh local produce and nice fresh white or wholemeal bread and homemade jam and marmalade also fresh fruit and yoghurt and cereals. They also provide an a well stocked honesty bar and a comfortable lounge to chill out. While we were there it was our anniversary and Tony and Kathie arranged a lovely champagne breakfast for us it was a lovely touch to our weekend and thank you so very much for the kind gesture. We will be returning in the near future hopefully and it was an absolute pleasure to leave as friends. Love Art and Ali xx PS have you got rid of your cleaner yet because there was a few cobwebs? Ha ha it was HALLOWEEN

Room Tip: Any room they are all nice but cooler and quieter at the rear

Thank you Alison + Art for your lovely review. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us & we made it memorable for your anniversary. Little touches make all the difference. We enjoyed your company and look forward to your return visit. Unfortunately we didn't sack the house keeper due to me hanging a few cobwebs hear & there to confuse her - she took it in the fun it was meant to be as did all our guests LOL.
Thank you again for review and yes you left as friends.

This is a gem of a B&B, comfortable, yet stylish.

The hosts Cathy and Tony were very friendly and helpful and prepared a delicious breakfast.

The rooms are beautiful and well appointed from the bedroom to the lounge and breakfast room, lots of character and period features, but with modern twist.

We will definitely stay again.

Received a warm welcome from super hosts, Tony and Kathie. My room on the ground floor was spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Thanks Tony for continually refilling my coffee! Look forward to returning soon.

Very warm welcome on arrival from Kathie room was great spotlessly clean with a really comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice with Tony on hand to see to your every needs endless amounts of coffee just brilliant. Location wise is superb as your very central, only a short walk away from the theatre, restaurants, train station and shops.(top tip from Tony Liverpool by train is forty minutes and a return ticket under a fiver so no parking issues) Next time we're in Southport will definitely be back.
