Mary who greeted us on arrival was very helpful - so thank you Mary!
Location was good - everything close by. The car park was secure and our apartmentwe was situated on the top floor which was great as no one was above us> The apartment was lovely and clean and perfect for what we needed. Lovely fluffy white towels were left for us on the bed and some tea and coffee, milk and biscuits were there for our arrival.

Our only quibble was that there were NO saucepans at all in the flat - the kitchen had a cooker and hob, electric kettle, toaster and microwave but you couldnt cook a boiled egg or fry anything! Unfortunately I was ill in bed one day and wasnt well enough to go out for a meal in the evening so we had to stay in and have dinner in so it made it a little difficult to cook some things! What is the point of a hob with NO saucepans??? Also there werent a lot of utensils and crockery and a tea towel and kitchen towel and oven cloth would have been useful!! We had to use one of the bathroom towels to dry our hands in the kitchen and also to lift out the oven tray from the oven which was a shame as it was too nice for this job!!

These little things, we think are important and aren't expensive to purchase and we feel should be part of the whole package - as I said earlier what is the point in having a hob if there are no saucepans??

We would stay here again but I would ask if they could supply some saucepans before I booked it!

The newly built suites are in a great location for all the attractions, leisure and food and drink that Southport has to offer.

Free car parking space and easy access with security video phones.

On gripes are the lack of curtains, the noise and the internal doors. We travelled with 2 young children and although the company was kind enough to provide a cot the lack of curtains led us to having to attach bed spreads at the window. Also the location next to the fire station and police station wasn't great as cars zoomed past at all hours. Lastly the doors were not very child friendly with only one door stop little fingers could get caught.

I would however stay again but would travel prepared with black out blinds and ask for a rear facing flat to drown out noise. Great value at under £100 though

The location is superb - easy walking to shops, restaurants, sea front and other activities. Modern complex of apartments. Our location on the ground floor and in the rear courtyard was very quiet. Not a place for views though the communal landscaped gardens were fine. Very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Huge lounge and fitted kitchen. Cutlery and crockery were to a minimum so Masterchef activities will be limited. When you work out the rate for four - family or friends - definitely good value. A few touches to up the luxury would be nice. Apartment could also be cleaned to a higher standard , for two nights it was fine. Helpful lady to show us in and phoned us as we travelled North up the M6 on a Friday - so she understood our delays.
