I booked in at this restaurant as I'd enjoyed the food and experience last year when I was in Southport. Sadly this year was a different experience. Last year it didn't seem to matter that I was dining alone - I was very happy with the service and food. This year I could have been invisible; I had to ask a waiter every time I wanted something, whether it was dessert or another drink/coffee and the food wasn't as good. It was okay, but not great, so next year I shall try somewhere else. Families and groups of people who were in there appeared to be well looked after though.
