“Beautiful piece of paradise.”
Reviewed 18 May 2014 via mobile

We had breakfast this morning at the Tea Rose after our friends recommendation, wondering what was all the fuss about! We discovered that it was about one of the best breakfast I've had in a while, it's a city the lovely ladies who served us the best fresh orange juice ever.... lovely atmosphere, que it but very accommodating location in Southport, at the end of Lord Street. I cannot fault it, my partner and I will definitely be back to try their home made jams!

“Southport's hidden gem.”
Reviewed 1 April 2014 via mobile

Not the normal cafe/restaurant you would normally find in a popular seaside resort. Head and shoulders above the majority in the area and definitely not formulaic like many pub menus. Here you get quality food, cooked to order with much of it homemade and all at reasonable prices. Friendly and efficient service too. Definitely a cut above the rest.

“Friendly and yum”
Reviewed 16 March 2014

We popped in for a cuppa and the owner was very friendly. We had scones and tea with delicious homemade jam (which we bought a jar of on the way out!). Highly recommended.

Popped in for tea and scones before getting our train home. The homemade jam was so good, we bought a jar to take home with us.
