Enjoyed our visit to this Pizza Hut, staff very friendly & service good despite being so busy with it being Bank Holiday & wet! Unfortunately they had run out of goats cheese for my sister's pizza, I still can't get my head around how that could happen even when very busy, but she enjoyed her veggie pizza anyway. The child's pizza was lovely, the eldest boy had his usual pepperoni & that was soon demolished & my partner had a tasty hot pizza. I stuck to my usual cheesy one with olives. The salad buffet was rather depleted & boring but the crunchy carrot sticks helped to fill our small bowls. Despite a few negatives & the brat from hell at the table behind who managed to put her greasy fingers on my jacket,( or maybe it is the parents who are brats?) we had a good time. I think the staff managed very well on such a busy evening & as we braved the heavy rain back to the Premier Inn with the boys having attached they Pizza Hut balloons to their coats we were all laughing & well fed.

Went for my sons 7th birthday there was me my hubby and 4 kids, Olivia was our waitress and she was amazing! Made us feel so welcome and made a big birthday fuss over my son..she brought his cake out and sang happy birthday to him asked him about his day etc in total we had a brilliant visit made even more special by Olivia and her complete attention to our table. went in the evening after cinema.
it was quiet and service was a bit slow ,but they do also take orders.
the lady serving us was very good.
the salad looked like it isn't changed regular enough, the lettuce was brown,we had a half Hawaiian, half pepperoni, but felt there could have been more tomato base and cheese, the pepperoni was ok,

9 of us went to celebrate 2 birthdays last night
the food is what you expect from a Pizza Hut chain , the only thing was they had NO regular deep pan pizza bases which we weren't impressed by , as most of our group wanted them ! also the choice of dessert's has gone poor , there's not as much choice as there used to be !
saying all that my BBQ thin base !! pizza was very tasty and the banoffee cookie dough pud is YUMMY if not a bit on the small side !!
loved the refill deal on soft drink's , saves a fortune
the young girl that served was BRILLIANT she was soooooo pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble as 3 of our group came later (all different times) and wanted food
all in all this is a chain and you know what your getting
BUT defo worth i visit if you want a pizza and Great for an informal girlie get together

Only complaint was that the veggie hot wasnt remotely spicy- I'd have to double up on the peppers just to taste anything. Chips were lovely, I like that the beer is served with a frosted glass. We were served by a lovely waitress who was very pleasant and helpful. Overall what i would expect from a Pizza hut. Would return.
