Not deluxe in any sense of the word, but great location, very comfy beds, silly thinks like the shower which floods onto the bathroom floor, because the curtain is too short, no locks on the bathrooms door, but pay a little and that is what you get. No complaints.

Room Tip: High floor rooms have sea view, but being Southport the sea is miles out !!!

Had an excellent stay here! Very clean. Extremely helpful staff members. Very central to everything .
Some negatives, room was roasting hot (we did get two fans from reception), family room view was a wall, car parking is at the back which you have to pay for.
Overall though, highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this Hotel on Thursday and Friday on the way back home to Newcastle Upon Tyne from London and spend a day with family in Southport and a day in Blackpool. The Hotel location is very central and close to nice shopping, the famous Lord Street, restaurants and bars a big Morrisons Supermarket behind with a petrol station very convenient.
Now for the not so good: The room was so small 1 kingsize bed, 2 z-beds family of 4 we had another room next door family room for 4 also same set up no room for luggage no room to take pushchair and only access to 2nd z-bed is to climb over 1st. The beds are the hardest beds I have ever slept in( like sleeping on wood). A dog was staying in a room couple of doors down every time our 15 month baby made a noise or cry the dog was barking I was dreading meeting it in the corridor as it sounded angry why can't they have special floor not next to family rooms. Safety- entrance was not good as reception up a floor . The room so hot and humid and to top it all the noise from the bingo bar next door emptying the glass in to a bin and
people talking in the alley went on till about midnight. No shower pressure at all so a two minute shower takes 10 minute . We definitely wouldn't stay here again

Room Tip: Ask if any dogs are next to your room

We stayed at this hotel on friday for one night.
We arrived a few minutes early but were rudely told check in was at 3pm, so we decide to have a walk round the shops to pass the time. We came back at 3.05pm, checked in by a different staff.
When we got to our room the cleaner was still in there cleso the room wasn't ready, we had to wait in the corridor for a few minutes with a crying baby who needed feeding and changing.
Now the positives about this hotel:
The location is very central and close to everything, there's a big supermarket behind the hotel and shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
Car park was £5 for 24hrs.
Our room was clean and comfortable when we finally got in.
In summary this hotel was cheap and in the perfect location so I would stay again but keep my fingers crosses we get nicer staff on duty.

No doubt for the money we paid £78 for a family room for 2 nights in central location overall our stay was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and fresh with comfortable bedding and a clean bathroom. However just a few pointers the room itself is quite compact for 2 and 3 kids although baby was in travel cot but more than that the room itself was very hot and humid and night. There was no ceiling fan or air conditioning. Also with no phone in the room or a direct telephone to ring hotel from mobile only 0871 number I had to go to the reception at 11pm to ask for a fan. Luckily they had one just a sample table one but it was better than nothing. Apart from that our stay was comfortable and would definitely stay again.

We booked 2 double rooms and we were on a cycling holiday so needed somewhere to put our bikes overnight, the staff were very helpful and provided us with bigger rooms so we could put our bikes in with us, there was plenty of room as they were very spacious rooms. The rooms were excellent. Very clean and at 30 pounds a room was excellent value for money would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a perfect position, very clean and yet again fantastic staff. Stayed over the weekend so hotel was busy but the staff really did excel.
The rooms are really clean however i opened the door to go in the room and literally fell into the bed. As it was for only one night it was fine however please change your fire alarms as they have a green light that whisks around and that is all you can see all night!!!
