We had a relatively early dinner and the place was full. Less than an hour later it was empty so people appeared to be taking advantage of the cheaper early evening menu.
The owners seemed to be taking all appropriate Covid precautions but seemed to think that taking a reading of forehead skin temperature with an infra-red thermometer was worthwhile (it isn't of any clinical value whatsoever - it's a gimmick. Ask any doctor).
Our meals varied quite markedly with one person saying that their pasta dish was the best they had ever tasted whereas my pizza was utterly bland with a rather thick chewy base.
One of our group was up all the following night with diarrhoea.
The prices are certainly on the steep side for what seems to be run of the mill dining.
