We stayed for 2 nights last weekend, having flown in for the rugby at Twickenham. All the staff were helpful and polite, both concierges we spoke to saving us money! We ate in the Indian restaurant which was great, and used the bar - again, great staff and service - shame there aren't any hand pumps. Our room was perfectly clean, and once we'd removed the heat generating foam topper thing, slept really well on the 1st night. Our second night there were a couple of weddings on - the room shook with the music base until midnight (but we knew it was coming to an end and we had the telly on). Then when that had finished we listened to a load of bottles being emptied into a bin outside. After that we slept well - fortunately we didn't have to get up early, or I might not have been so forgiving. I did comment on check out, so hope this has been passed on. We would stay again, definitely, but would check there wasn't a function first.

The Radisson Blu Edwardian near Heathrow is a good older style hotel just right for being near the airport. I managed to get a good deal of £61.20 for a double room but no breakfast included which was clean, comfortable and reasonable spacious. The bathroom was small but adequate.
The 2 bars / restaurants were OK but a little pricey!

Room Tip: Book early and haggle for a good price as it is a very popular hotel with foreign tourists

Stayed there for a day before flying. Im not too fussed by airport hotel but this one was a very nice suprise. We arrived after a long drive. First impressions great as the decor is modern but very classy.
At check in we were greeted by the fantastic Amy from Holland who made us feel very welcome . We had booked business rooms and she Upgraded us to junior suites which was great. Rooms were spacious comfortable and very comfortable .
We had dinner at the Indian Restaurant located inside the hotel which has different dishes to what You might be used at getting in curry house's but very nice food and service .
Breakfast was again very good and had all you would expect to find.
All in all a great hotel with great staff .

We stayed here for one night before we flew to Canada and revceived excellent service at check in. The lady who checked us in confirmed that we had a feather free room (as I had requested in an email to the hotel a few days before our arrival) and she even called housekeeping just to check once more that this request had been met. However, when we got to the room we found that this request had not been met and we had to have housekeeping come and change all of the bedding, which was not particularly convenient. The room itself was very small and we really struggled to find places to put our suitcases, which surprised us in an airport hotel. We had hoped to relax in the room during the evening, in preparation for our flight, but there wasn't any comfortable seating, so it was either a case of sitting upright on a desk chair or spending the evening lying on the bed. We chose to sit in the bar on some comfortable sofas. I have stayed in Radisson Blu hotels before and always been very satisfied with the stay but I found that this one was not really up to the normal standard. Maybe it was just the room that we were allocated, but I don't think we would choose to stay here again.

We stayed here for 1 night before traveling off abroad on our honeymoon. It was the perfect location for Heathrow airport and the staff were absolutely lovely, they even gave us an upgrade when they realised it was our honeymoon. A lovely treat for an overnight stay, although I fear staying any longer would leave you feeling frustrated with the lack of atmosphere.
