Long line at check in, but excellent customer service from Alvaro. Large hotel, but he made the service very personal. Room great and given an extra hour for check out in the morning. Complimentary wifi, which should now be standard in all hotels.

Less than 10 minutes from the airport with Hotel Hoppa service available. The hotel itself is exceptional. The staff is friendly, helpful and they take the pleasure in making sure you are happy. With three restaurants available you can't go wrong with entertainment. The hotel is on the bus line for easy navigation throughout the city.

A smart looking place with staff (and manners) to accompany the image. There are some pricey tags - if you want just an egg on toast it will cost you £17.75. The heavily-recommended Indian restaurant has only 'speciality' dishes - and seemed popular, but not too adaptable for those whose palate is more in tune with the joys of 'High Street' Indians.

Well - what an experience, I had read up after booking and thought can't be that bad. Reception were not rude, but we are in 2014 so booking in process could have been a lot more quicker. When we eventually found our room in the wonderful maze (I now understand those comments), it was already occupied not sure who was more embarrassed - shocking!!!. Back to down the trek to reception, where they upgraded us to a suite, very nice I thought, finally I can get some sleep. Then it started drip drip drip... The air con unit was leaking and dripped all night. Just got a bin and I was not about to move room. It was an eventful stay!

Thank you for your review, I have pm'd you for a bit more information such as date of stay, i'm sorry about what happened, we did have two days where our whole front office system went down, and we were working manually, this could have explained the mix up in room 2014,i'm suprised you got lost tring to find this room, as it is right next to the lifts on the second floor.
I will speak to the team about directions though.
I'm glad we upgraded you to a Suite too,and i said i have pm'd you for some more information, regarding the the slight leak.
