Very conviently located near Heathrow Airport....rooms were lovely, staff was helpful. There is a shuttle bus that runs to all of the terminals for 5 pounds per person (kids under 15 are free with a paying adult). Room service was fast, food was tasty and reasonably priced. Beds were comfy! Over all good experience.

Very typical airport hotel, proximity to Heathrow, availability of transport, etc. But also very comfortable and friendly, helpful staff!
Overall the experience was great - the room was comfortable and very clean, check-in was a breeze and the concierge staff very helpful when it came to assisting with my business trip into Central London.
Front Desk was very accommodating in arranging a late check-out when my travel plans suddenly changed.
Despite its close proximity to Heathrow, the expectant noise from the planes are totally absent in the room! Well done - definitely not your average airport hotel!

On August 6, 2014 I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Edwardian Blu at Heathrow Airport. My flight arrived very late in the evening and I was scheduled for a connecting flight the next morning. The standard room I reserved was not available so I was upgraded to a mini-suite, which was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, and the staff arranged a luxury ride to the airport - which only took 5 minutes to get me to my departure terminal. All my costs were able to be charged to my room which allowed me to avoid having to change currency for my short stay. Could not have been better!

Food great, restaurant service great. Didn't listen to booking request as needed three single beds for kids and near us. Offered room on separate floor or double bed and single bed for three kids. Duty manager referred to the fact that we had booked using a voucher and couldn't justify his reference to it.

This is an exceptionally good airport hotel, with above average levels of comfort. The rooms are super and the facilities at the hotel are excellent, especially the restaurant (except for its ghastly turquoise velvet swivelling chairs. Really, Radisson?). The restaurant food is delicious and doesn't seem particularly overpriced. The wine was perfect room temperature, too. Breakfasts are also very good (except for the swivelling chairs). My one caveat is the receptionist staff, who are, in my many experiences of this hotel, unsmiling and even a little haughty.

Conveniently close to Heathrow (next to the landingstrip). Big, quite impersonal hotel with dated hallways and good enough service. Common areas around the lobby look modern.
I was there for a conference in the hotel, so didn't spend to much time in my room.
Showering in the bathtub got the whole bathroom soaking wet. Bed was good enough. Room was not very clean. There was food (cheese and pesto) in the fridge from the previous guest.
Food during lunch and dinner was good in Trunk. Breakfast was decent.
Conference facilities seemed good, but the hotel kept going with construction work above our conference room during all 3 days. Quite noisy and distracting.
