Stayed here the night before a flight and was pleased by the hotel. Was very close to the airport (within a few miles) but I didn't hear any flights or noise overnight. Got a good package with parking and hotel.

We had an early flight from Heathrow T3 to join our cruise ship so looked round for a suitable hotel where we could easily get into the airport using the free public bus at around 05.00. There is a bus stop about 200m from the hotel on the Bath Road and there are 4 different buses to take you to the Central bus station. There was a little bit of a queue for check in but another terminal was opened up and and we were sorted in under 5 minutes. Our room was at the back on the second floor and fairly quiet. There was no noise from the planes or the traffic on the Bath Road but late in the evening the staff took the empty bottles out and dropped them into the bin waking us a couple of times which was annoying. I suggest the manager has a word and advises the staff concerned to think of the customers or relocate the bins away from the rooms. The room was very clean and plenty big enough for us for one night. We didn't eat in the hotel but chose to have a snack in Mc Donalds which is next door.
We had pre paid for our room and didn't lodge a credit card for extras so checking out was even quicker just sticking the room keys in the box at reception ( although there were two staff on duty at reception even at 04.50)
I would recommend this hotel for Heathrow T1/2/3 and we will certainly use it again.

Room Tip: Back of hotel away from airport and main road

I checked-in late around 1 am with my German colleague. We both had booked standard double rooms. While she was given a free upgrade to a suite, I was told that a double bed room was not available and therefore I was given a room with two single beds, and if i wanted to get an upgrade to a suite, i need to pay 80 pounds extra. Secondly, there was no iron in my room and when i requested for one, it took 5 phone calls to the room service and 30 min of wait time for the iron to finally arrive. Extremely disappointed with the experience.

First experience with Radisson Edwardian Blu in London. Will not stay here again. Room was average but poor customer services from house keeping and front desk. Returned after a long day sightseeing and the room was not cleaned. Called house keeping and was told about 8pm and was told it too late to clean and they gave us one bath towel and wash towel and said they have to go home now, and will clean tomorrow if needed. Horrible services!
