“Probably wouldn't stay again!”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

Stayed overnight after taking daughters to see One Direction at Wembley Stadium.
On arrival, room not ready, even though it was passed check in time.
The main problem was the following morning at breakfast. Even though hotel was full of families who went to concert, only one member of staff was on shift in the restaurant .
Nearly 2hr wait for breakfast,people leaving without eating,dirty plates everywhere,buffet table empty,no milk,juices etc.
The member of staff on shift deserves pay rise as she tried her hardest under a constant barrage of abuse from irate customers.
Complained at reception to duty manager who came across as she couldn't have cared less and told us to wait until we received the company survey to complain!!!!!
NOT HAPPY!!!!

Hotel very handy for Heathrow and London, about 5-10 minutes from the airport. Importantly there is free parking, but you get a ticket from reception to prevent any fines. The room was standard, but the door return was a bit dodgy took a fair while for the door to close. The staff on reception were good, but found the breakfast staff somewhat slow at breakfast as they seemed to spend a fair time chatting to their mates whilst you waited to order and then managed to miss some items. The area for breakfast didn't look great as it was poorly decorated, unlike many in other PIs. We ate out at the Grapes Tandoori which was very good a couple of minutes up towards the main road to Hayes. Tried this hotel as Kew was booked out and it is slightly cheaper than elsewhere in London, but the breakfast experience has put me off staying again.

After a mix up with our room the staff were so helpful to change it to suit my friends disability. They helped with our cases and even paid for a taxi to heathrow in the morning because they were concerned the hoppa bus would be to much for her.All the staff that we saw seemed to genuinely enjoy their job with out being ott.Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here so we could get to Heathrow early in the morning. The Premier Inn is absolutely fine and we had no problems. We asked for a downstairs room (we had read other reviews and had heavy suitcases) and was given one straight away. The restaurant next door is typical for a Premier Inn and again is fine.

My husband and I and our two children stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting London and I doubt we could have found a better hotel. Modern, spacious and clean family room. We had an issue with the bed on the first night, it appeared to slant down at one side and my husband was up half the night trying to keep himself from sliding out! The next morning, I mentioned it to the receptionist who was just brilliant! (I hate complaining or making a fuss!) But she was truly fantastic. She assured us that an engineer would be sent up to have a look at the bed, and then also informed us that another family room had just become available. So she organised our things to be moved just across the hall into the new room for when we returned from our day exploring. And because of the Goodnight Guarantee, we were refunded for that night too. I simply cannot fault this place. Added bonus of free parking too! The breakfast and evening meals in The Grapes were lovely, plenty of choice and reasonably priced. Kids ate free at breakfast. There is also a handy retail park just across the road with a sainsbury and McDonald's etc. A taxi up to the train station was £5, but there is also a bus if you prefer. Or about a 20 minute walk. Really easy on the tube into the city and we had some fab days. We would definitely return here. Outstanding customer service. Well done guys :-)

We've stopped here a couple of times and would really recommend this to ANYONE wanting to stay in London. The 140 bus takes you to either Northolt Tube Station or Hayes Train Station in just a few minutes where you can get into London really easy. Perfect to keep the cost down when visiting the Capital.
