Finishing a 15 day bus tour of the British Isles and stayed in 8 different lodgings. The good old Hyatt next to Heathrow had the most comfortable bed. I want to give a shoutout to the front desk clerk who did her best to arrange for morning pick up - saving us $$. Four of us ordered dinner - 2 hamburger , 1 pork chop and 1 club sandwich order. All gave thumbs down. The cocktails were great and the bartender was great.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a room with a view over the airport and the busy A4. The quadruple glazing meant that there was no noise at all. Comfy bed. Good nights sleep..We left too early for breakfast but We were able to get a breakfast snack from the food to go shop that we could eat in our room. Bus stops are outside the hotel so easy access to terminal 5. We didn’t try the restaurant but can recommend the Indian along the road, Kaniz.
Another excellent stay at the Hyatt. I'm a regular and they are always attentive and polite.
Room service quick and tasty, the breakfast well stocked and delicious.
It's my home away from home. See you next week.
I was delightfully surprised with the whole experience. Great bed and very helpful staff. Location is easy to the terminal and underground. Free bus service was very good and easy. Breakfast was good!
Perfect Heathrow hotel - reception staff very helpful - bar will suit all - rooms clean, big enough and very quiet due to triple glazing - car park is secure - easy access to airport terminals and other destinations
