“Disgusting service! ”
Reviewed 15 August 2014 via mobile

The bar guy was very arrogant when I returned 2 pint glasses of cola. He had gave us diet instead of normal. Came over and argued with me that it was normal cola. Eventually he changed it! All the food was just warm nothing exciting. Went into to the toilets, well the hand basins looked as if they had not been cleaned for months. The soap dispensers were empty. The toilets themselves were filthy as was the floor! Will never be back! Whole place needs a good clean!

“Rip off no atmosphere”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

Been to bother Jimmy Chung's in Edinburgh as great atmosphere and bright. Watched barman pour 2 cans of coke into pint glass then top up from juice gun.£2.40 a pint bit of a rip off. This is the 2nd time we have visited Stirling and used this restaurant as we thought it was value for money. Not when there charging that for juice and then watering it down. Needs a good clean and paint.

“Useless vouchers”
Reviewed 16 July 2014 via mobile

Great food but in the Edinburgh restaurant they were giving promotional vouchers. Collect 5 get free lunch 10 get free dinner.

Rules on vouchers say cannot be used public holidays Christmas easter and Edinburgh festival.

However on presenting them in Stirling today we were told they can't be used in school holidays, this however is not listed in the restrictions on the vouchers.

By the time schools go back the vouchers are out of date so in effect useless from the day of issue.

Don't accept vouchers from Jimmy Chung's it's a con.

“Great food but depressing aptmosphere...”
Reviewed 13 July 2014 via mobile

We tried this place for the first time as our 9 yr olds friends love it. We thought the food was great, especially the choice. We loved every course but the resturant was pretty run down & the service felt more like a canteen. I don't think we'd visit again unless the £ was reduced. We felt it should have been under £10 per adult to reflect the facilities. Kids, no complaints at all!!

“Delish! (Happy happy very full girlies!)”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

We were off to Stirling for a second visit to Flaming Tease at the Fubar and this time decided to take in a wee pre-show dinner. 5 of us walked in without a reservation (it was early on so, if you're eating at a busier time it's maybe an idea to book a table) and were warmly greeted by cheery friendly staff and shown to a table. The buffet was excellent and varied, the restaurant clean and pleasant, and the staff attentive and cheery. There were a couple of families in with kids, who were also being well looked-after..we're definitely going back. Thanks, Jimmy Chungs!
