Stayed her for 5 nights with work. Good comfy room, good food with good choices. The hosts were very friendly with Will doing everything he could to meet our needs, (early breakfast, late suppers). Nice area near to Tenby just 4 mles away. This is a good recommendation.

We previously visited the 'Woodridge Inn' in August 2012 and recently visited the bar/restaurant again. From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by the staff, the seating area looks to have been modernised since our last visit.
Our party consisted of 4 young children (3yr - 6yrs old) and 3 Adults. We placed our food order and it was not long at all before we all enjoyed our food. Simple bar food was our choice of the day consisting of sausages and fish fingers for the children and a mixture of Gammon, home made steak and guiness pie and a house burger. With a round of drinks (including a top shelf spirit) the bill came to a respectable £52.00 (£4.50 each for children's meals).

In my opinion a great place to eat with a family when visiting Saundersfoot and the surrounding area.

We booked this hotel because of the good reviews, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is set in beautiful countryside and is a short distance from Saundersfoot and Tenby. There is plenty of free parking. As the hotel is fairly new and purpose-built, rooms and bathrooms are a good size and in good condition - no dodgy plumbing jobs. Carpets and furniture look new. Tea and coffee making facilities are included. Heating is available in the room. Ask to borrow a hair dryer.

Our room (No18) on the 2nd floor, was very large with a king size bed, plus a single. There were also two sofas and a large t.v. The double doors looked out across the countryside to the sea. It was very quiet and peaceful when we visited.

There is no lift, but the hotel does have ground floor rooms so it would be suitable for people with limited mobility.

A full English breakfast is included in the price. Cereal, orange juice, toast, tea or coffee is also available. The portions are extremely generous. All food was cooked to order and tasty.

We had four evening meals in the attached pub, which was very convenient, especially as the weather wasn't good and it saved a drive into Tenby. Typical pub food at a reasonable price. Again, large portions. Friendly service.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good during our stay, but we found the owners and staff at this hotel very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well-placed for exploring Pembrokeshire. It is a beautiful area with lovely beaches. Tenby, St David's and Pembroke are worth visiting.

Room Tip: Room 18 for the view

me and my wife, who has an aggressive form of m.s. stayed at the woodridge inn hotel from 2nd sept till 5th sept 2012, very impressed with the hotel, the owner and staff, were second to none, they looked after us both, and nothing was no trouble. the food and service was excellent and sometimes the servings of food too big for us.the disabled room we stayed in was perfect. and our
only wish , is for other hoteliers in the area to do the same for disabled people. we"ve booked up
for next year ,same time, our kind wishes to everybody at the woodridge inn hotel , especially Liam.........................

Room Tip: for disabled people, this is a great choice!!!!!!!!!!

Well worth a visit if visiting Saundersfoot or Tenby.
The sizzler is recommended!! The staff are friendly and the food is great.
We visited the Inn twice and on both occasions were given the same first class service. We did not have to wait long even on a Bank holiday which is impressive.

We came upon the The Woodridge Inn by chance one Sunday lunchtime. We have 2 small children and we were all very hungry, we noticed the board outside advertising Sunday lunch and decided to give it a try, we were not disappointed.
We arrived just before 12 pm and soon the bar / lounge filled up with other patrons. Between our family we tried the beef, lamb and the roast chicken. The beef was a little chewy but I'm sure this was just the cut of beef as opposed to the way it was cooked. The lamb and roast chicken were very nice and all plates came with a large quantity of vegetables. We all enjoyed the food very much. From memory Sunday lunch prices were £7.50 for adults and £5.00 for children. The bar prices were very reasonable and the staff were very helpful.

We returned a few days later and tried a standard bar meal, apart from a simple mistake with ordering the children's food all was great.
Compared to other establishments in the area the cost of dining here especially if you have a family is very good indeed. The next time we visit Pembrokeshire we will return to the Woodridge Inn again.

This place is ideal for a weekend visiting Tenby, Saundersfoot etc.. It's just a few minutes drive from Folly Farm and is very child friendly. The staff are superb - so friendly and accommodating and happy. You felt like they were very much a family (maybe they are?). The room we stayed in was a twin and we used their travel cot which was very clean and new and had a good mattress (boring fact but very important for the little one to have a good nights sleep!). The room was big and clean and provided plenty of room. Excellent value for money!! It was a touch noisy around 11pm when the pub downstairs closed but otherwise it was quiet. We ate in the pub in the evening and it was nice home cooked food in a good family atmosphere and they have a slide and a mini racetrack outside for the kids if it's nice weather. Breakfast the next morning was delicious too!

I was delighted to find this place and we will certainly return soon.
