i have just come back from another fantastic stay with Ann and Mike. I managed to get in on a very rare cancellation and the stay was as perfect as before. It's the third time ive stayed and it just keeps getting better. I had a room on the top floor called Coppet and the views from the window are fantastic. You look over the beach and when the sun shines on the sea it just sparkles. Ann and Mike really are great hosts, nothing is to much trouble. I was able to check in a little bit early and then had a pot of tea on the balacony that over looked the beach. As soon as you arrive, you feel really relaxed and it is a home from home feeling. Ann and Mike have alot of knowledge of the surrounding areas and are always on hand with any information you may need.
The rooms are stunning as always and really comfortable. How Ann gets the towels really soft and fluffy is a mystery. Each room has all the facilities you need and there was even extra pillows and a sheet in the wardrobe just in case you needed them. (the sheet was there just in case the duvet was to much).

I was able to wait in the lounge after i had checked out while i waited for my parents to come and pick me up. They were also offered tea and coffe upon their arrival.

Ann and Mike really do put their hearts and soul into Cliff House and it shows, they are not number one on Tripadvisor for nothing. I cannot rave about this place enough.

Thank you once again to you both for another fantastic and peaceful stay.
10/10

We found this place on Trip Advisor and booked based on the outstanding reviews. We were not disappointed. Outstanding in every way and Anne and Michael are the most charming and welcoming hosts you could hope to meet and who have already anticipated your every wish. Food quality excellent too. A real gem.

The view (stunning), the location (stones throw from the beach), the hospitality(second to none), the bed(soooooo comfortable), the breakfast (yummy), the welcome ( tea and cake), Michael(fabulous host), enough can't be said to praise this incredibly fabulous b and b. Stay there and you will be thoroughly spoilt. Wish we were able to stay longer.

Room Tip: One of the attic rooms for the view

Anne and Michael run the best B&B I have ever stayed in....and I've done loads. I think we have been there 4 times now and it only seems to get better and better. (New dining room furniture this year.)
An amazing breakfast, often with 'extra sausages' and so many options, to make each meal special!! Cold water dispenser on the stairs ....surprised how often we used that too.
Superbly clean rooms and linen. A free car park ticket worth £5 per day in the summer and a nicer couple you could not wish to meet...and all this for £75...what an absolute bargain

Room Tip: Book early or you will miss out

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at this excellent B&B with my mother. She had visited Saundersfoot as a young child and we wanted to take her back. The property was ideally placed with lovely views and Anne and Michael were very understanding hosts, helpful but not intrusive. Everything is brilliantly thought out and seamlessly run. The facilities are first class and of a high quality.
We now have our own happy memories and doubtless will return to delightful Saundersfoot.

Stayed here before back in 2012 and recently....both times have been just great! The owners are so lovely and always happy to help and even though we were only there for 1 night they made us feel at home straight away with a lovely pot of tea and coffee and bara brith outside on the balcony overlooking the sea. Bliss!
We stayed in the Coppet room on the second floor which had excellent facilities and wonderful views over the bay and the harbour. The breakfast was delicious (we opted for the full welsh breakfast) and ingredients are sourced locally (always a bonus in my book).
We returned home well rested and relaxed even after one night! We will definitely be returning! Thanks Anne and Michael :-)

Just returned home staying at cliff house for 4 nights excellent B & B couldn't fault it. Ann and Michael make you feel so welcome as soon as you pull up outside and ring their bell so helpful in every way. Rooms are spotless with superb views over the bay we stayed in the monkstone room. You also have use of a lounge and balcony looking out to the bay. Will be taking family and friends back a long drive for us 300 miles well worth it.

Room Tip: Cliff house has 5 rooms only one has no sea view we stayed in monkstone, Ann showed us the top floor...
