I took my two fussy kids and my girlfriend to Eric's on a cold and damp lunchtime and were soon warmed up by the food and the hospitality! We ordered burgers, paninis and sandwiches with a couple of sides of chips to share. Quick, efficient and friendly service that was genuine its warmth, not a mere front of good manners. The food was exactly as advertised, not fine dinning, but this is a seaside cafe! Hot drinks in mugs! Cakes by the slab! Just what was needed after a cold morning watching a charity football comp.
Will defiantly return!!

Five of us arrived in Morecambe for two days checked in to hotel then walked along the promenade to find a cafe for a cuppa, saw Eric's cafe and thought this will do. Glad we did very friendly staff nothing was too much trouble, excellent service, good food, also have a Gluten free menu which was brilliant for us as one of our party is a Celiac Would highly recommend

Sited opposite the Eric Morecambe statue, its easy to pass this cafe by - but I am so glad we didn't! Its very under stated front outside - especially on a wet and windy day, yet inside its bright, cheerful and welcoming (like its staff). Food was good (had freshly cooked bacon in my panini which is a first!), tasty and hot. Love the modern colours and decor inside and the fact you can see all the food prep going on right in front of you (nothing dodgy hidden in a back kitchen). Gets my vote for being clean and modern.

Visited with my two children for brunch. Food was great. I had latte and cooked breakfast which was not greasy at all. Kids enjoyed hot chocs with mallows, chick nuggets and chips and chicken burger, which they declared nicer than McDs. Staff were lovely with them, gave them Halloween sweets and told us of a great park to visit. Clean cafe, great decor, kids loved sitting in a booth. We will be back next time we're in the area

Back to Eric's and once again the experience surpassed my expectations. Superb boiled ham off the bone with perfectly cooked eggs. Delicious!
