“Great B&B for cyclists”
Reviewed 3 November 2013

Myself and 2 friends stayed in late May 2013. Very clean, well appointed rooms with great breakfast. Excellent lock-up for cycles. Re-ignited my faith for the English B&B. This was a great start of 3 days on the Way of the Roses Many thanks.

My husband and our two dogs stayed two nights. Stunning views from the room which overlooked the sea. The room was very comfortable with nice bedding and towels. Breakfast, which was perfect, was served with such friendliness of the owners; such a change from the hotel environment! Walking was perfect as you are straight onto to the beach or promenade. Shops, pubs and restaurants only 10 minutes walk away

Room Tip: room 10 has good views

I spent 2 nights at The Craigwell at the beginning of September and once again, cannot rate the experience too highly. From their "green" policy to the marvellous home-cooked breakfasts, from the cleanliness of my room to the stunning views across the bay, everything was designed to make my stay perfect. I can't wait to go back again.

Room Tip: Ones at the front of the hotel with a view across the bay are the best.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights last weekend. We had a lovely premium sea view room at the top which had everything and more. Exceptionally clean and the breakfast was fantastic and made to order. I would certainly highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return.
