We got married on 23rd March and decided to stay at hope farm for two nights after our reception after finding it online. What a stunning place and exactly what we needed after the best day of our life to just kick back and relax. The accomodation is lovely and far better than any hotel, we really didnt want to leave. Caroline was so helpful from the start even leaving us bread and cheese so we could make some toasties when we got in! I would highly recommend, a fabulous find

Stayed two nights at Hope Farm. Arrived cold and wet after getting drenched during a walk around Tunbridge Wells. Caroline gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the stylish, spacious and very comfy accommodation.
After warming up in a lovely hot bath in the attractive bathroom, we relaxed and awaited the arrival of two old friends who live nearby. This was a birthday surprise for my husband and Caroline kept the secret brilliantly and provided a tasty 3 course meal for us all.
Next day we did a lovely walk which starts from the church at Shipbourne taking us up to Ightham Mote and then on to the Fairlawne Estate. That evening we ate at the Plough which is a 15 minute walk from Hope Farm.
All in all a lovely stay which was over too soon.

We very much enjoyed our two days at Hope Farm - an amazing and spacious property with two bedrooms, less a B&B and more a private holiday cottage! Caroline and her family made us feel very comfortable, the breakfast was great and we all enjoyed the atmosphere. Our 10-year old daughter found an immediate playmate in Caroline's daughter, so that was an added bonus for the whole family. There is a lot to do in the area and we can thoroughly recommend the place for anybody keen on a few days in this lovely part of England or for easy access into London.

We stayed at Hope Farm for our daughter's wedding in the area. The barn accomodation was perfect for the bride and bridesmaids 'getting ready area!'. Caroline and family were very helpful and accomodating for our additional guests. We had a fantastic time and would liked to have stayed longer. If you are considering St Julian's as your venue (which is perfect) this B &B is within easy reach by car.

We loved our stay at Hope Farm in Ightham!! Caroline took great care of us, and cooked delicious breakfasts, with many home-grown ingredients (including eggs from her own hens, and various veges and herbs). The accommodation is a two-story converted barn, separate to the main house, so it was very private and spacious. We enjoyed lunches out on the private deck, looking out over the blue-bells and trees - just lovely, quiet, and so peaceful! Ightham itself, and the surrounding area is beautiful, with rolling countryside, quiet little villages, and cosy pubs. There are various National Trust places to visit - we especially loved Ightham Mote, which was well-worth a visit!

Went to Ightham B&B for a little relaxing time away with my girlfriend. The accomadation was amazing, very clean and up to a high standard. Caroline is a lovely women, greeting you as you enter. Her breakfasts are amazing, using natural produce (eggs are from the hens outside).

The surrounding area is lovely with many walks and mnay places to visit (mainly National Trust places). The price is very reasonable especially if you think a 3 star hotel i used to work in charged £90 for a small room and just a shower

Will definatly go there again
