We had a wonderful stay at Eggpie. Graham and Amanda looked after us like we were old friends and made our stay feel very special. My wife and I have three small boys who say it was one of the highlights of their trip to the UK. We will hopefully be back in the future.

My family of four loved staying at this historic home. The owners could not of been nicer and made us feel very much at home. The location is great if you have a car to drive around the beautiful Kent area. The breakfast was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others.

There could be no more welcoming (and no more efficient) hosts than Amanda and Graham. Their love of their beautiful gem of a home and their commitment to their guests simply could not be bettered. If you like the B and B experience, as we do, you'll love Eggpie.

Room Tip: If you have a lot of luggage, ask for the larger room.

We stayed with Graham and Mandy for a few days in June 2014 for the purpose of doing some family history in Sevenoaks, and what a privilege it turned out to be. Both the cottage, and the hosts were most welcoming. Mandy's breakfasts could not be faulted for quality, presentation, variety, and mainly all local products, including Mandy's home baked bread, and cakes
Nothing was too much trouble for this wonderful couple, Graham was more help than any satnav he went to a lot of trouble writing out instructions for us to find our way around the area, he was most attentive to all our needs, even bringing extra toast in the mornings. When you read his life story, you soon realise what an incredible man he is. I recommend his book "Out of the Bottle" , the profits of which go to charity. You will find Graham is capable of playing first violin, but content to play second fiddle.
Thank you both for allowing us to share some quality time with you, in your special home

Room Tip: The Helen Reddy room is quite compact

A really delightful couple - we so enjoyed their stay with us. They were good fun too. Our guests specifically requested the Helen Reddy room, which we were happy to make available for them. It's a delightful room (and also overlooks our lake / huge pond.) Ms Helen Reddy always specifically requests this room when she stays. It has it's own en suite shower / wc. We do have a larger room - Orr-Ewing - that is a little higher price point, but we met our guests request for their room of choice.

While we had a little difficulty finding the Eggpie B&B at Pond Cottage, the search was well worth the hunt! The room was spacious, homey, and had every amenity. The bathroom was spotless, modern and lovely. Yet the B&B was in a very old home, and retained the flavor of the ancient structure. Hosts Mandy and Graham Webb were just wonderful, greeting us with afternoon tea and fresh-baked goodies. The Kent breakfast was unbelievable - again, with fresh-baked pastries. What a wonderful, relaxing visit! Thank you, Graham and Mandy!!!

I chose this B&B in the Kent countryside for it is near many historical places we wanted to visit. Little did I realize what a wonderful place we were able to stay in. Graham and Mandy are so kind and it was a delight to stay in their cozy cottage. We were also pleased to have another wonderful couple staying there for their 50th wedding anniversary and we had many pleasant conversations over delicious Kent breakfasts and tasty homemade scones in the evening sharing our days adventures in the beautiful countryside. Graham and Mandy have had an amazing life and their children are all musically talented and 3 have careers in the entertainment business. It was so fascinating hearing their story.

I stayed at Eggpie with friends for a few days in March this year and it was a delightful experience.

Graham and Mandy are wonderful hosts. Their house is beautifully quaint in it's 15th century cottage style but comfortably updated with contemporary conveniences. It was gorgeous to take walks around the fields nearby, and the pond and garden at Eggpie are a treat on a sunny day.

There are a number of great English pubs nearby for excellent food and drinks, but Graham and Mandy put on an amazing meal at home!

Highly recommended for quiet time away.
