visited this chain of restaurants for the !st time tonight and had a really wonderful experience. The restaurant was air conditioned which was a blessing and we didn't feel at all squashed or squeezed in. The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive and the food was simply delicious - will definitely be returning and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

We had a very nice evening at this restaurant last Tuesday. On arrival, the staff were welcoming, offering a choice of tables and then happy to talk about any of the dishes on the menu, including a little history behind the menu choices. The restaurant is quite spacious, nicely air conditioned and the food was very good. I really enjoyed my starter of chilli and garlic king prawns, and my main of grilled Anglesey Sea Bass, both beautifully presented. I also enjoyed a bottle of their own ale - Fyne Ales Highlander. Very nice. The only criticism would be that maybe only two waiting staff to hand meant that getting attention e.g. for another drink could have been more efficient, but we were in no rush so overall a very pleasant experience.

Went there for dinner on Friday night quite early so not too busy. We sat near the window at the back with flies buzzing at the windows. That made us look at the surroundings and the fact that there were food splashes up the wall beneath the window. Made me look at the floor , if my cleaner left like that she wouldn't be working for very long. Menu's arrived with food stains. We then got desert menu that had someone else's desert smeared all over it. Either throw them away when they are dirty or laminate and wipe them please! The whole place needs a deep clean. Food was ok not fantastic and they were too busy to get our drinks that we had to keep asking for - not sure what they were busy with though.

Have been wanting to visit this restaurant for some time now, and although the staff and service were good, I couldnt help but feel that the food was average and slightly pricy. Not bothered about returning if I am honest.

This restaurant is really underrated. If you fancy fish, go!

As a fish restaurant it seems it is really easy to book this place over places that sell more meat produce.

The food is amazing and it is always cooked nicely. Food is tasty and the service is amazing and welcoming.

We had the lobster and shared 2 lobsters with an extra side between the 4 of us. I'm normally a big eater but this was enough for all. We also had deserts and a drink. All in all with a 30% off voucher it came to £55 for the 4 of us. Amazing!

Fully recommend.
