Beautiful location and one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed in.Attention to detail was impeccable that oh so many guest houses overlook.Ian the proprietor was ever so helpful and he reminded us of a country gent. Our room was done to a very modern standard. The location is ideal for a a couple want to get away for a few days peace but bare in mind there are only 2 pubs!
The locals are definitely "a breed on to themselves" with many a colourful character on show.Once again Ian we thank "you both".

We have just returned from a short stay at Sea Breeze Guest
House in Aberdovey. We were made to feel welcome from the
moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for our host Ian.

The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom
was superb. Nice touches were a fridge with chilled bottled water
and a telescope to enjoy the fantastic view from the huge bay
window.

Breakfast was excellent with good locally sourced produce and plenty of choice. I would not hesitate to recommend
Sea Breeze to any of my friends or family. We will certainly be
returning.

I visited with my mum, gran and 1 yr old child. We were able to share the same room in the attic (3 single beds and the owners provided a travel cot for the baby). The view from the window was stunning, decor very tasteful, fabulous shower. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast made from local produce was awesome. We had a wonderful stay and will no doubt return - we highly recommend Seabreeze.

We have just returned from a lovely weekend away in Aberdovey, Wales at the Seabreeze Hotel. Originally we were meant to be staying at another hotel but they were fully booked and they recommended the Sea Breeze - how we are glad they did. We arrived late evening and our room keys and a free car park pass were left for us in the front entrance. We went up to our room and were delighted when we opened the door and found a lovely bright modern airy room with a lovely king size bed. The decor was very modern, the room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was newly decorated with a huge double shower.
We didn't have a sea view room, but that wasn't a problem. The room more than made up for that. We went out to dinner to the Penhelig Arms which was just up the road and the food was absolutely gorgeous.
The next morning we went down to breakfast and sat in the breakfast room which again is lovely and modern and airy and bright. with a fantastic sea view There was a choice of cereal, yoghurt, kippers, mackerel and of course a full english. There was tea and coffee and fruit juice to drink - Ian (the B&B owner) came and took our order and he was very friendly and efficient - we thought he looked a little like Aiden Quinn the actor and star of Legends of the Fall. Are you related Ian??
Aberdovey was a beatiful little village with a lovely little harbour full of fishing boats.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away and were made very welcome by Ian and Linda at the Sea Breeze.
We would definitely recommend the Sea Breeze to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away and some me time.

Stayed here over the Ryder cup weekend as part of a party of 8 golfers. Unsure what to expect from a B+B but extremely impressed with SeaBreeze.
Made very welcome, info about the local area willingly given, breakfast sorted for whatever time was most convenient and very tasty too.
Comfortable rooms with clean, modern bathrooms and fabulous views across the estuary.
The owner, Ian, offered to organise our trip for us next time!!
A very good place to stay

I have just returned from a very enjoyable short break with my family, staying at the Seabreeze in Aberdovey.
The location is oustandingly beautiful and there is someting for everyone. The beach is lovely and clean and very child friendly.
The Seabreeze itself is very clean and comfortable with attention to detail. We stayed in room three which is a well equipped family room.
The breakfast was delicious and everyone is catered for, as for service nothing is too much trouble and all of the staff and owners were very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this relaxing retreat to anyone.

We went to the Seabreeze for 2 nights this weekend. It was fab and a very unexpected treat. We had Room 3 for £100 p.n and it was spacious and light and very contempory, with a bay window looking out over the sea (and the carpark, but it wasnt really a problem....!) We loved the telescope in the window!
The owners were very personable and we had a good introduction to the facilities in the room. I cant comment on the food as we didnt make breakfast on either day - my only criticism is that breakfast is too early and with only a very small window (8.30 - 9am) especially for us workers who really appreciate a lie-in at the weekend! We went down the seafront later and had a great and inexpensive breakfast at the Cellar bistro which was better than we have had in most large chain hotels.
My only other criticism is that the curtains were difficult to close and did not quite meet in the middle meaning early morning wake ups for us!
Otherwise a great find and we will be back!!!
