Four nights at this Olde Coaching Inn. Our room #2 was very comfortable. good size and good size bathroom/en-suite. Modern and very clean well prepared each night. The staff friendly and helpful, food top class. Eat in three nights, All well prepared and presented. Can recommend the Orange Almond cake. This is a working pub / restaurant but we never heard a sound up in our room. Can recommend. Down side my wife could not look in a mirror to dry hair with hair drier plugged in. Missed breakfast last morning due to a timing mix up. Manager was very apologetic. Will stay again as Aberdovey is a nice little seaside village.

Exceptional quality rooms for a B&B (or hotel for that matter) Modern and fresh with high spec finish. Room was amazing and only fault if any was carpet may be due a clean. Breakfast was ok but not on par with room quality, cheap sausages are a fail for me. The Dovey Inn seemed a friendlier Pub and other guests there had a better breakfast too but rooms nowhere near as good by all accounts. May be back for a long weekend!

A great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, good food but most of all excellent bedrooms. Free Wi Fi, I Pad doc, good TV and the most delightful bathroom finished to the highest standard. I would highly recommend the Britannia Inn as the place to stay in Aberdovey

Just popped in for some lunch during our week's holiday in Wales. Sat in the front bar with the dog and felt a little uncomfortable with the few regulars there at the bar who weren't at all welcoming or chatty. Had baguettes and chips which were lovely and the beer and wine was good.
