“A wonderfull Wedding day”
Reviewed 10 August 2011

We were very lucky to stay in this hotel for the weekend as our friends were getting married at this hotel on the Sunday..

The Carson and Davison Wedding day was fantastic at this hotel and the staff were brilliant through check in and check out..

We were served a wonderfull irish breakfast both mornings in a great restraunt area just off the main reception in the hotel..
We were staying a standard double room on the first floor with great amenties and the coffee/tea plate with local biscuits were a great idea..Loads of storage and also the hairdryer was great..The room had a view over looking the back of the hotel which was quite quiet for a busy wedding venue hotel...

On the sunday we were all taken over to the wedding venue..WOW WOW WOW..Beautifull and very ornate with a great old and world modern feel running through all three areas and the gardend were fantastic"great photo op"....
Our wedding meal was the best i have ever had at a wedding reception with plenty of meat, vegetables and pototes and the desserts were to die for....

In all a great hotel in fantastic grounds with staff that made the whole weekend a wonderfull experience for us and the Groom and Bride

We booked this hotel for our daughter's wedding. From the moment we first met the staff until booking out on Sunday afternoon the service was amazing. This is a very young staff from managers down and each and everyone bubbles with enthusiasm to make your wedding day an unforgetable experience. Detail is important to this group of people and customer service is their priority. We can only highly recommend this hotel to any bride + groom
Rooms are beautiful, the warmth of the atmosphere in the lounge and the food are top class. This is based on numerous visits from January 2011 to the wedding on 6th August. Friends + family were delighted with every single service in this hotel and we have stayed in many hotels!!
The residents lounge was brilliant afterwards too!
To all the management + staff The Gough + McKenna families would like to say A thousand thanks....you are wonderful.

Have stayed at the Clandeboye over the past few years, but our most recent stay was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable breaks I have had. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We were booked for 3 nights to include 2 evening meals - the food was absolutely delicious, I couldn't fault it at all. Will definitely be back again soon.

We had our wedding ceremony and evening reception at this hotel and I can honestly say the service, staff and food and hotel were excellent! The only complaint we had was that the bed in our suite was a little uncomfortable! Despite this we would still recommend this small but intimate hotel, we were made so welcome. The staff are friendly and well trained in customer service. We will be back!

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel recently. I found the service excellent, all members of the hotel staff very friendly and cheery. the food fantastic with a very good variety available. the location is very good too . only a short drive to W5 and the folk park and transport musuem. one each of the 3 days there was a wedding being held and this impact on the service given to non wedding guest by the hotel staff. This hotel is marked for a return visit . keep up the good work.
