The Clandeboye Lodge arranged an absolutely wonderful day for my husband and I. Everything went perfectly and all of the staff involved did their job to the highest of standard. Our guests truly enjoyed themselves and all gave excellent feedback.

The wedding venue is a truly amazing place to get married and it was very convenient staying in the same venue for the wedding meal and evening reception. The gardens were lovely, and were a great place to take photos...plenty of areas to take photos even in the rain.

We really appreciated all of their help and guidance over the last few months and would definitely recommend it to all couples planning to get married in Northern Ireland.

We used the Clandeboye Lodge as the venue for our daughters wedding. It is a lovely hotel with scenic surroundings. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent. Altogether a perfect day in a lovely location.

I stayed here last year for a wedding and loved it so much that my husband and I went back for a romantic weekend.
They had a special weekend break offer and we were delighted to visit again for a relaxing break.
The welcome was wonderful, rooms beautiful, restaurant was very good and service in the bar excellent.
The only negative comment was the delay at breakfast on the Sunday morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and they emailed me later to apoligize - there aren't many hotels that would.
Overall, I'd be happy to stay again, wonderful mini-break

Hotel was in a quiet area but only 10/15 mins from Bangor main town. Had booked in for 1 night and because we enjoyed our stay so much we booked in for a further night. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Food was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable, peaceful nights sleep. Would highly recommend and will be revisiting in the near future.

A really enjoyable break! Myself and my partner went for the 2 night bed and breakfast offer, with an Irish coffee and dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine thrown in. We were both amazed at the selection from the evening menu, as many hotels only put on a limited menu for people who are getting dinner included with their stay. We both had steaks and they were gorgeous.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, which had a massive bed, seated area, large desk area (with mirror for the ladies to do their make-up, v important). Fresh bottled water was left everyday which I though was a lovely touch.

Also breakfast was a combination of a continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast, certainly something for everyone, with croissants, pain au chocolate, cereals and muffins.

One thing that I particularly loved was the DVD lending service, giving you a choice of a number DVDs to watch during your stay, allowing you to have a quite night in at no extra charge. An extra bonus!

My boyfriend and I both had a lovely stay and I think hopefully funds permitting it won’t be long until we are back for a quiet and relaxed stay.

We enjoyed our four night stay here. The room was spacious and the bed enormous. Each day a bowl of bright red apples was left for us - a nice touch. The welcome and the food were excellent. The piped music was a little too loud sometimes but that was the only complaint.
