This is a local favourite of ours - they have such a good menu with daily specials changing frequently. The food is prepared fresh - its like going to your mums for dinner, minus the nagging and dish washing. That's also assuming your mum is an excellent cook - which mine isn't, but I've been to other peoples mums for lunch/dinner and its been lovely, so I thought I'd use something you all could relate too. Home cooked goodness is what I'm saying. Food prepared with taste and wholesomeness the priorities in mind.
Their fry is, honestly, one of the best I've had anywhere. You don't need to be told its the finest local ingredients - you can taste it. A wee independent, family run gem. Give them a shot!
If you haven't been here you don't know what your missing.
Such a little gem of a place from the art strewn walls to the scrumptious menus to the friendly service.
It's like a quirky cafe that wouldn't be out of place in Paris or trendy parts if London.

Nipped in for a sausage bap, which we are very particular about in Northern Ireland. Sausages were great quality and cooked to perfection. Bap was fresh and I was given options of how it was served (toasted etc) and service was excellent and personal.
I came here for lunch last Sunday with my wife and wee Will who is 2 and a half and extremely noisy! The size of this place worried me as Will can drown out McDonalds but the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for him. The menu and choice is very good and some things you get are different from elsewhere like fivemiletown cheddar for example.
Everything is home cooked not quite in front of you but the kitchen is literally 20 yards from your table and this gives it a real authentic homely feel. The atmosphere was relaxed and you can't help but get talking to everyone around you!
Very good value and I hear they do a £9.99 3 course Sunday lunch. Which sounds great value!
