Stunning location, beautiful cottage and facilities. Wonderful hosts and superb food. Amazing beaches just a short drive away and lovely local pubs. Wouldn't change anything!
We had a fabulous holiday staying at Tyme Cottage Lower Trengale. The accommodation was brilliant, clean, comfortable and spacious and perfect for 2 dogs. Mike and Kay have thought of everything and the finishing touches -homemade scones with cream and jam on arrival and dog treats and beds- made us feel incredibly welcomed. The finish of these cottages is of such a high standard you did not feel like you were you were staying in a holiday rental but were in a lovely home. I can not recommend these cottages enough we will definitely be going back. Thank you Mike and Kay.

If you are searching for a peaceful, idyllic cottage to get away from the noise of modern day living this place is for you! Reached by a lovely high banked, narrow Cornish Lane the setting couldn't be more perfect for this Cottage; no busy road, no street lighting, no noisy neighbours just peace and tranquility to kick back and relax in. Bliss.
If you are looking for Pubs, Restaurants, Arcades and noisy nightlife within walking distance this isn't for you.
It's geographical location makes it perfect for exploring the beauty of Cornwall, Liskeard a couple of miles away for groceries, only 8 miles from Looe, a few more to St Austell, Eden Project, lots of National Trust properties, Morwellham Quay plus stunning Coves & Beaches all easily accessible.
The Cottage is a lovely Barn Conversion, multi level with 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 family bathroom. The Bedrooms on the ground floor benefit from being built below ground level on one side keeping them wonderfully cool in hot weather. The Bunk Bed room has a lovely ensuite but be careful not to bang your head if sleeping on the top bunk as clearance is tight. The single room is small but comfortable and the double is bright with courtyard window. Upstairs the double off the Kitchen is great with a power shower in its ensuite.
The whole cottage is clean, comfortable and well maintained with everything you could need for a wonderful stay.
Only down side, Cooking isn't too easy, as space is tight in the Kitchen/Diner, we struggled trying to cook a meal for 3 Adults and 2 Children especially when using the Oven. Power comes via an electric coin fed meter so make sure you have £1 coins handy, but I believe this is going to be replaced soon.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely cottage it's a wonderful home away from home, my family had a fantastic holiday and the owners are so warm and welcoming, we hope to return!
