Bed was so comfortable and clean.
Breakfast options great, and very fresh.

Team were very friendly and welcoming, especially Pam on the reception. She was so friendly, always happy to talk with us and make us feel at home, and helping us with our needs. She made our experience there the best it could be.

We would be very happy to return. Great place to stay.

Room tip: You book a time for breakfast, & also a table if you would like to have dinner there. Soya milk available on request. Freephone for taxis

First night stay 09/10/2023. Check in ok. Booked in for evening meal. Many thanks to Michelle for you and your teams service. 👍 Although later on my first night stay? I reported at approx 2231hrs pm, that the adjacent room had there TV above a suitable DB level. I explained to the lady on the desk at reception, reference the situation. Suggesting, it would not calm down before the quiet time!
She made a gyp about it meant i didn't need to turn mine on then? "My TV". ?2300hrs pm was the agreed time before thier interaction, where nightstaff would deal! 0130hrs am, the TV was still blasting out? The same the following night. Although the TV and music was still on until 0330hrs am? I knocked the door, reported to reception and finally slept in my car for an hour. The night shift disregarded any acknowledgement!
Breakfast was clearly not unlimited on, the following morning. No sausage, although the poached eggs were, sublime. Well done chefs. 👍 👌😋 all round from you. Plus the front of house, breakfast dude. On the 10th and 11th? He will remember the handshake? And managed to pull out rabbits from the top hat. He sets his customer skills to suit the customer. Nothing was a problem. The ADHD gaming geek! He will laugh? But goes to show! The bum in the joggers is somtimes your best asset? He talks like a belt fed wombat, but entertains his audience, whilst juggling plates, like a court room jester! If not management, then he should be! Better recieved than any management i saw?

I booked a room at the Bodmin Premier Inn, upon arrival i asked for a quiet room, we were given room 26, as soon as we got into the room my wife said what's that humming noise, it turned out we were oppsite 4 to 5 compresser looking machine's, the noise was terrible.
We went down to reception and said the room was to noisy for us and could we move, the receptionist put us in room 19, as soon as we opened the door, we smelt damp and flth, not wanting to comply again we decided to open the window and run the bathroom fan to try to get rid of the damp smell, it did not work.
The next morning my asthma and lungs were very bad, to the point I now have a chest infection, no doubt will lead to antibiotics.
Overall the hotel is tired, carpet ripped and sticky when you walk on it, dirty and not acceptable for £106.00 for a night.
Beware boking this hotel, read all the reviews before booking, will not return to Bodmin Premier Inn.
