We recently had a two week stay at Hengar Manor. We had a fabulous holiday. I have to say that the entertainers Lisa and Adrian played a large part in this. We couldnt get over how hard they both work. The way they kept the children enertained and then the adults were to be admired. Would definitely consider returning to Hengar Manor especially for the entertainment. Keep up the good work.

We stayed at Bungalow 79, which we booked direct with the owners, and it was fantastic! we have read that some of the bungalows were dated, but this one certainly isnt!!! Beautiful leather sofas, very comfortable beds! Hengar Manor is in an excellent position for sightseeing Cornwall. Great site for the kids aswell! Entertainment was fab, the kids loved it! All round great place to be, and will definately be going back!

Room Tip: Book direct with the owners! we thought you had to book thro Hoseasons or direct with Hengar Manor...

We stayed for a 3 night short break at Hengar Manor in a Park Villa (no. 82). When we arrived we found the weather to be typically british! but the villa was warm and clean and very welcoming. The kitchen in the villa was very well equipped if you wanted to self cater but there is a lovely italian restaurant on site that we tried. Both pizzas and lasagne were great.
We didnt use many of the park facilities due to the weather but we did have a couple of drinks in the clubhouse which also provided entertainment. We found all staff encountered to be efficient and courteous - great service in both the bars and the italian.
Hengar is well placed for exploring north cornwall and on one day we went to Plymouth which has a great shopping centre!!
We hope to return to again.

We have just returned from our second holiday at Hengar Manor and I have to admit that the place gets better every time we visit! 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) stayed in a manor lodge with the hot tub and there was plenty of space for us all.
The areas that excelled were the entertainment, particularly the lovely Lisa who I think my 5 year old daughter would have quite happily have moved in with! The food was good, although a little pricey for the portion sizes. The bar was well stocked, the pool/gym large enough, clean and well equipped and the spa (I had a Swedish full body massage) was divine!!
Due to the typical British weather we didn't get chance to access the sporting activities but there was plenty to do.
The only negatives I can actually think of is the fact that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable - although after a glass of vino in the hot tub you don't tend to notice too much!!!
All the staff were friendly and did all they could to make you feel welcome.
Will definitely go again and would recommend to all, couples, friends and families alike.

Room Tip: The manor lodges with the hot tub are well worth the money!!

We arrived with a warm welcome the lodge was clean with a great outlook. The pool was ideal for the kids. The massage I had was wonderful recommend a visit to pamper yourself. The pub food was good and reasonably priced. The evening entertainment is a bit hit and miss, but gave us a laugh. Overall a great value holiday.

Really good park with nice facilities. We stayed in a bungalow which was very dated so i would recommend spending a little more and getting a lodge. nice pool. gym a little hot. brilliant play area for the kids and good selection of pub grub or nice pizza and pasta at morellos. Ideally locared to visit the sights like eden project, port isaac, padstow and loads more!
