Wow! What a delightful site.
A perfect camp site in a lovely location.
We were greeted and made most welcome by the lovely Donna, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
The whole campsite was immaculate and clean. The toilet block cleanliness was impeccable.
Good local amenities within walking distance.
Highly recommended.
We will definitely be returning again!

Made us of the terrible weather, chanced it AND WON! We got to Rose Tree and was greeted by Donna, a lovely lady who made us very welcome and could see were virgins to the camping game, she assisted in every way she could, even had a cuppa with her (lovely lady!) , great little place with lots to do around, such as walking on the pebble beach of sand bay, having fish and chips on the Grand Pier and 'hitting the town' on the Bars of Weston-super-Mare

A peaceful, small but perfectly formed campsite. I'm a novice to camping but this trip has made me want to go again. This park is for the over 30's, is beautifully maintained and very quiet. The toilets and showers were always spotless and the owner very friendly and helpful.
