“Best B&B ever!”
Reviewed 3 November 2013

Everything about this B&B is to be congratulated. The hosts are so very welcoming and friendly, and the place is spotless. The rooms are huge. Our room at the top of the house was well worth the climb, and had a King Size bed, masses of space, and a sofa and table so that we could play cards at night. There was loads of drawer space, a dressing table right next to a double plug socket, a beautiful en suite with new double shower. A huge flat screen Tv and free wi-fi. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and a full length mirrored wardrobe. There was even wine glasses and a small bottle of wine. There was all the usual teas and coffees and biscuits. There was a mini fridge - which was totally silent at night - stocked with bottled water. Absolutely everything was there for our comfort, and the bed was fantasticaly comfortable, with extra layers if needed.
The breakfasts were also of the same high standard, with everything freshly cooked, and the challenge of an extra large breakfast for those brave enough to try - but believe me, you didn't need to, as the medium breakfast was plenty big enough. There was fresh fruit, juices, cereals, honey, marmalade, peanut butter, chocolate spread, cereal bars, toast. If was just perfect all round. Really cannot find any fault at all. The owners Diane and Rob were so helpful in suggesting nearby places to eat for evening meals too.
A wonderful stay all round.

Room Tip: There are a lot of stairs to some of the rooms, so just make Diane and Rob aware if you have mobilit...

well situated, five mins from sea. Rooms, top quality, clean, tastefully decorated by Diane, every thing you need and more - I have not seen disposable shavers, toothbrush and paste supplied in a bathroom before! Tea-making facilities in room. Friendly, unobtrusive, key to front door also opens room door. Breakfast all has been said - we had smoked haddock with two poached eggs. We were taken on a tour of the six superb bedrooms, all immaculate. Children welcomed over the age of 15.,

Room Tip: all rooms are superb, Nos.6 and 7 larger. No noise at night.

This hotel is second to none. All expectations were met. Added to which was the constant care and attention to detail that Dianne and Rob gave to the running of their hotel. No wonder they have achieved a 4 star award and consecutive annual breakfast awards. If we could have extended our plans we would have continued our stay here. Our room was spotless and decorated with a designers eye for the finer things. The hotels location, just a short 2 mins walk to the seafront couldn't be easier for those like us who love to walk. The restaurant, Michelangelos' is also 2 mins away and worthy of a stop for an Italian meal.Be warned though, if you have the large full English breakfast at Rositas, there's little room left for dining at night! A wonderful stay and "we"ll be back"

Room Tip: groung floor only if you aren't good on stairs. Both ground floor rooms suitable for those with...
