Great value hotel, just a short walk from town centre. Very nice room with comfortable king size bed and excellent shower room. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast with good choice. I would definitely visit again, no problem with parking.

Room Tip: Ask to see rooms if a choice is available

We choose this hotel for a nice one night stay on easter monday. We wanted something quiet and relaxing and thats exactly what we got. We arrived at the hotel around 11am which we knew would be to eary to check in but we parked up, registered and got the keys before heading into town. We were welcomed by Andrew the owner who was very accommodating and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The room was lovely, a very comfortable bed that i struggled to get out of the next morning as i was so comfortable and snug. Would certainly recommend this hotel for a romantic night away!! Will be returning again soon!! :) -

Room Tip: Room 10 doesn't have much of a view but very quiet!

On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by the owner Andrew , who offered us 2 alternative rooms to the one we had been allocated and we decided to take room number 1. This room has a balcony and offers excellent views over Weston and the pier. The room is quite large and very clean, there are steps leading up from the room to the bathroom.which contains a sunken bath with shower over but unfortunately no shower curtain so the floor of the bathroom gets a little wet, not a major problem but easily remedied .
The breakfast was lovely and service by the waitresses was great. They were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Overall we had a lovely 3 day break and would certainly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: choose room 1 or 22

We enjoyed our stay here last week. The weather was lovely so that helped!
The hotel looks quite a way out on a map but a short walk and you are on the front. We had a room with a balcony and you can see the sea over the roof tops.
The room is compact but had all we needed for our 2 night stay. The bed was lovely and comfortable.
Breakfast is a step back in time, it was great! the lovely staff took our order and brought out cereal, cooked breakfast and toast, drinks etc. There is minimal waste and the hotel does well to keep to its Green pledge.
We would definitely stay here again.

Booked rooms for husband and myself also my brother and sister in law,we were greeted by Andrew and was given rooms 1 and 2 which were good size rooms with beautiful sea views and a balcony. Very clean lovely comfortable bed, liked the lay out of my room, plenty of space, everything you need was on hand Iron hair dryer and even a trouser press. When we went down for breakfast on the Sunday morning we all had an Easter chocolate on our table, what a lovely thoughtful thing to do. Breakfast was lovely nothing too much trouble for the waitresses. Would definitely stay there again and would want the same room. One of the best hotels that we have stayed in also it was so peaceful and quiet. Pauline

Room Tip: 1&2 because they are at the front of the hotel and they have a balcony with fantastic views

I booked this at the last minute with almost no research, and on the whole it was a good choice. The hotel was quite tricky to find in the maze of roads up the hill, and parking was even worse, but I got there in the end, and received a cool but polite welcome and was helped to my nice sized room (no. 1 on the first floor) with my case. I was worried when I found the windows didn't open, but the door to the balcony did, and the views were lovely - straight out to the pier and the beach to the front, and to Steep Holm island and the direction of the marine lake from the bay window in the corner of the room.

I had an extremely comfortable night, and breakfast was lovely. The only real problem was the bathroom. The decor was dated, which isn't such a disaster, but there was a sunken bath with a shower over, and no shower curtain, which I thought was rather strange, and resulted in a flooded bathroom which I did my best to mop up. Now I know where it is, I would definitely stay there again, and I would ask for the same room again - even if the bathroom isn't updated, so it can't have been that bad!

Just returned from a couple of days in Weston Super Mare, stayed at the Queenswood Hotel, a little gem, it lived up to all the recent reviews on trip advisor. Very welcoming, lovely room (no 24), loved the way this room was laid out, an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was served in a lovely way with attention to detail. Cooked fresh. Hotel spotless, staff on hand to help with any questions. Will definitely be going back. Only downside was the parking in the street but no real problem.
