We used to live in Weston and never really liked the town and moved so we only go back when it offers us something special we want to do. We found this restaurant by chance trying to find somewhere to eat that was a little bit different and special. We found it and having walked all around the town centre area, which we still know like the back of our hands, we were very happy that we did. Service was without fault. Any time constraints you have can be catered for, but without doubt the food is why most people go to a Bistro or restaurant. The standard is more of a restaurant than even most restaurants are able to achieve and Bisto would be limited to name only in size as it gives a great menu which is cooked to a clean and tasteful perfection. The soup, fish or meat we found were all excellent. The decor inside is better than some I have seen in the 'Capital City' and others and is worth a mention. A personnal touch is what we recieved and when we need to eat in this town again I know where we shall be going without a doubt 10/10.

My partner and I visit Weston Super Mare for weekend breaks as often as we can and have eaten at many of their restarants and food pubs BUT without doubt this is the best that we have tried. The actual restaurant is beautifully designed and has a warm and comfortable enviroment. The waitress was attentive but happy to give plenty of time to decide on our choices. We opted for the 2 course menu at a fixed price and had the most excellent meal. The portions are generous in size and everything was cooked to perfection. I recommend that you give this place a try and hopefully like us your first visit won't be your last - 'we will be back'

We had a lovely Christmas meal here with friends from work. I had a lovely home made tomato soup followed by roast turkey with all the trimmings. Vegetables were served separately, and plenty of them, followed by Christmas pudding. My wife had poached salmon, others had nut roast or roast beef. All looked very nice.
The meal was well served and very hot.
We paid £15, including coffee. Drinks from the bar were very fair.
This was one of the best meals I have had for a long time.
I would recommend it.
