“Perfect location :)”
Reviewed 5 August 2013

I stayed here for 2 nights to visit friends and attend a wedding. The location was absolutely perfect for me and if you fancy a walk the beach and the Pier is across the road.

The parking situation I found to be rather ridiculous. You park over the road at a NCP car park which is at £10 per day. If you arrive later on as I did(at 7:30pm) then you can wait a bit and use the hotel discount option which is 9pm - 9am(or something similar). But then you have to get up earlier than you have to, to go change the sticker in your car. Why don't they have their own car park? and why isn't their a chip system, where you pay for however many hours you've had before you leave? This way you don't have to keep changing your sticker and run the risk of getting a ticket? Oh and you have to register your cars details at reception lol how very silly!!!

Parking aside I found the hotel to be very modern, and clean. Couldn't hear any noise from outside but I could hear people from the corridor and had to adjust my tv accordingly. I thought the bed was very comfortable(one of the best iv slept in) although the tv was very, very, small. Throughout my stay the staff were friendly and helpful apart from one guy who seemed incapable to say please, thank you, or smile, but im sure he was just a minority.

I chose not to use the Brewers Fayre pub as iv been in plenty of them before and I believe the food to be very average and expensive for what you get. There's lots of places to eat and drink around the hotel(there's a very good Italian restaurant 100 yards down the road)so this was not a problem for me.

Would stay here again? Yes I would :) The location, and the rooms, swing it for me, but could you please sort out the parking Premier Inn? Sort this out and you have a vey good hotel.

Picked this hotel at random, was very impressed with size, cleanliness of room and everything you need is provided for you, the beds were very comfortable. The one down size was that nobody at the hotel advised us where to park our car, there is a car park next door but the charges are very confusing, and have a daily and nightly tarriff with no signs to tell you when one starts or finishes.
The breakfasts were delicious and the children ate for free so they enjoyed that.

All in all was very impressed and would definatly stay there again, but us a different car park.I can not believe that a hotel of this size has no car park.

The only low point is the parking - no parking. There´s a good car park on the adjacent street where you´ll leave £10/24 hours.
Brewers breakfast and dinner are fair enough considering it´s a mass production business, you pay what you get with a better than average service. Breakfast very complete with plenty of ready made (buffet) options or cook to order.
The rooms are Premier Inn standard, the same facilities in all the other hotels. Clean, plenty of options and assistance when required.

We stayed here on a Sunday to break up the trip to the west country. The location is superb, out the front door onto the promenade, the beach and all the attractions.
The hotel is very modern and is kept very clean, the room was very quiet, the a/c welcome during the warm spell, the bathroom immaculate with plenty of hot water and the bed very comfortable. We did have to wait for the room to be released from housekeeping due to the number of changeovers they were dealing with. There was a long queue to check in, something they need to think about and resolve.
The staff throughout were friendly and helpful.
It is above a Brewers Fayre which we thought lacked atmosphere and was expensive. There are plenty of other places to eat and drink so not a major problem.
Parking was across the road but cost £10 unless you arrive in the evening and get away early when you can get a £4 hotel rate.
We would use it again if we can get a reasonable rate.

The building hardly fits in with the ideal of a former Victorian seaside town, but then again neither do half of the buildings in Weston-Super-Mare. At some point in the last 50 years the town planners must have though to hell with it. Having said that, it's location is it's selling point. They gave me a nice room overlooking a big wheel and the sea. No on-site parking and pay-and-display over the road is £10 per 24 hours, but fair enough it said that on their website. The usual Premier Inn standard of detached efficiency. During one of the hottest weeks for years the room air-conditioning became not just a nice-to-have but an essential. Whilst I was checking in on a Tuesday I saw them turn two couples away because they were full, so I guess they must be doing something right.

Room Tip: No problem with noise so ask for a room with a view

Hotel is new, modern, immaculate and very clean. Rooms were spacious & comfortable. Only downside being the size of the tiny TV.

Stayed here for 1 night on business - perfect location for a trip to the Pier. I arrived at 1.30pm and wasn't able to check in as too early, but was offered a room to store my bags in to check in later in the day when returning to the hotel.

Parking is over the road in the NCP at £10 per day (unless you arrive late when there is a hotel discount).

Would stay here again if I need to be in Western Super Mare.
