Been upgraded to a good standard. Staff excellent. Just be aware if your room is in he new extension as traffic noise can be a problem through the not good fitting windows. Internet is very slow in the extension also.

A short stay here before an early morning flight from Bristol Airport. We usually stay in the Premier Inn at Sidcot but this one was £30 a night cheaper. It didn't take us much longer to get to the airport than from there - it was 5.am! - this one is also more modern and was clean and comfortable. We had a short night but it was peaceful and staff were helpful on check-in, offering to book us a table at the Beefeater next door for dinner. Had we arrived earlier we would probably have popped next door for a drink.

Will definitely consider using again rather than the one at Sidcot especially if this one is so much cheaper.

Used this as a base for two nights while visiting friends in Weston-super-Mare. Easy access from the M5 and to Town Centre. Stay in the recent extension, a bit of a walk from the reception but very comfortable.
Adjoining Beefeater restaurant and bar very welcoming and friendly.

A friendly welcome, to a clean and quiet hotel in a location convenient to explore the N of Somerset. The adjacent restaurant was excellent though booking a table for dinner was necessary. The entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.

We fancied a weekend trip away and booked this in the knowledge that we would be close enough to the seafront but not right next to it. The hotel was easy enough to find coming in from the M5 and is located off the main road in a safe secure location.

The check-in process was very easy with polite staff, room was clean and comfortable, would have been a bit cramped if our kids were a little older but the layout was manageable. Bathroom and toilet area was very clean and everything was in good working order.

Breakfast was pre-paid for and was good value for money only due to the fact that the kids got to eat for free.

Overall a very pleasant experience and would return again in the future.

Extremely pleased with this Premier Inn...
The staff were extremely pleasant and nothing would have been too much trouble....
The room was spotlessly clean. The room we had was at the front, but it is far away enough from the main road and there was no evident noise....
We awoke to the dreadful thick snow, so we quickly had breakfast and travelled on our way....
The breakfast was excellent - taken in the adjacent Beefeater, the staff in there were also very pleasnat and accomodating, and we could have had as much breakfast as we wanted...Such good value for money.
We shall definitely be booking this one again if we are in the area....
