Couldn't fault the hotel. Room was in recent extension and was very clean, comfortable and modern. Only negative was that car park is shared with Brewers Fayre and fills up very quickly with their diners forcing hotel guests to park further away and carry luggage over long distances. Porters trollies at the hotel would be very helpful!!!!

Stayed one night and would definitely return when next in the area. Location is very good for access to Weston and the M5.
Reception staff very friendly and efficient, had a very good room and even though close to the adjoining road there was no noticeable noise. The room was clean and well fitted out - a little sparse but this is what you'd expect for this type of accomodation.
The adjoining Beefeater Inn was first class, a very good choice of food, friendly staff and an excellent beer garden with a large play area for anyone travelling with children.
The Beefeater breakfast also deserves a mention, an excellent value for money buffet which I'd strongly recommend (it was actually considerably better than that served at the 4 star hotel we stayed in the previous few nights)
Overall excellent value for money.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Nice, friendly and efficient staff. Quiet room with comfortable beds. Clean, pleasantly-smelling bathroom. Plenty of good towels supplied. Room was a bit warm but the fan provided sorted that out and a jug of iced water was supplied. Overall very happy with this Premier Inn and would recommend.

My husband has mobility problems but is not in a wheelchair.
On arrival, we were allocated a room very near the entrance without having to ask.
Comfort, cleanliness, helpfulness were really good. We had no problems
whatsoever. Really impressed by the receptionists.

We had an pleasant weekend stay in Weston. The hotel is a short car ride from the town centre with a restaurant next door. The rooms were just as expected from a Premier inn. Very clean, everything there we wanted, a good shower and a VERY comfortable bed with clean crisp white sheets and all that for 30£. What more can you ask for? The only critisism I have would be breakfast next door, a beefeater restaurant. It was not as perfect as I have expierenced breakfast during other Premier Inn stays. Service was slow, eggs over cooked....
But all in all I am definitaley a fan of Premier Inn.

We often use Premier Inns but this was our 1st visit to this particular one and probably the last. We live near Eastbourne in East Sussex and after driving for about 5 hours plus we just wanted to get to the Premier Inn.........it's situated in amongst a Leisure centre complex and adjoining a pub......a busy pub.......with lots of customers......and lots of cars.....and noise.
.I don't think the Premier Inn's parking is sufficient, and cars belonging to the pubs customers park there....so we had to park a long way from the entrance .....we had 1 in our party who cant walk very far and lots of luggage so that was a problem for us....
The room and facilities were the usual good standard that Premier Inns are known for so we had no complaints there.

Decided to stay at this hotel to use the restaurant facilities (Beefeater) for a family gathering. A major attraction was free car parking.

Having prepaid, check in was swift and trouble free and we were soon in our room. As usual the room was comfortable, had basic essentials like tea & coffee and a whopping flat screen tv. Our only gripe was that the double bed was 2 single bases fixed together with a large mattress on top. This combination however leads to sliding into the middle which is not particularly comfortable!

The Beefeater restaurant served us well, having organised seating for 12 of us + 1 high chair. The food was ok and moderately priced and our waitress was excellent (well done Susan C).

The breakfast was good, except that the hot buffet was cramped which caused queuing and a little pushing and shoving. Must state not on our behalf!!

Overall a typical Premier Inn experience, good value for money
