Just returned from a weekend break at this Hotel.Very good seaside location opposite the pier. However on arrival it was obvious that the hotel was tired and in need of modernising.Check in was easy with a very helpful and pleasant young girl on reception who even took us to our room. The room itself was small, but clean and quite comfortable. The walls of the room, unfortunately, were very thin and due to having young inconsiderate neighbours who came in very late at night we didn't sleep that well.Chaplins bar within the hotel was very good.Friendly staff and very good singer/ comedian on the Friday night.Breakfast excellent with a good choice. The staff were very friendly to the point of being a bit over the top.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the lift as there are two old sliding gates on the lifts which made quite a bit of n...

Welcomed by lovely friendly reception staff (good luck with the wedding in Jamaica), love the old fashioned lift. Room on forth floor was spotless and warm.. Nice view of the sea.
Breakfast was a let down though but did not spoil our stay - the waiting staff were very good and friendly. Really handy hotel for the pier and shops.

Just come back from a long weekend break, celebrating my husbands birthday and our friends wedding anniversary. We could not fault the hotel a bit dated in places but it was clean, we had a room on the 4th floor which had been refurbished it was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially our waitress Karen who made the meal times great. The food was excellent and you got a good portion and the menu choice was great. We would go back again.

Room Tip: 4th floor odd numbers had a good view

This hotel was a disgrace it cost us £60 to stay in the last double room on sat the 8th on arrival at this dimly lit hotel and as uninviting as you could get we entered a reasonable reception area the desk Clark was helpfully and directed us to the lift this was a service lift with two doors on entering our room was a shock it was dingy the bedroom furniture was nocked together not designed in the so called dressing table was a green sink with rust stains were the chain had bed left in the sink with no plug and left rust marks that after rubbing would not move ,the stool under the sink was deep in dust and the curtains would not close and hung uneven from rail ,during the night there was disturbance from somebody's running along the corridor banging on our door ,shower was ok toilet paper was from the 60s ,breakfast was good staff unprofessional and not helpfully ,went to pay in the morning but cost had already been taken from card so to stop us complaining and questioning the bill my advice is to give this hotel a wide birth until they realise we have to work for our money and expect a better standard for whatever we pay ,time to spend money on this hotel

Room Tip: Find another hotel

Downstairs needed refurbishing. Room very recently decorated with a very comfortable bed. No hair dryer in room. Breakfast not self service. Could have done with hotel having emailed me with instructions to reach discounted NCP car park on High Street and its closing time. If visiting Weston again I probably would give another hotel a try rather than stay here again. It was OK.
