“Lovely 5 day break”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 August 2014

Stayed at this hotel from 7th to 11th july 2014. Lovely staff. Couldnt do enough for you. Meals were always hot and plenty of choice including a choice of about 8 puddings. :) The entertainment was brilliant. The room was very spacious. Would really recommend this hotel. We were on a Travelstyle coach trip.

My wife and in Weston Super Mare frequently go to the hotel for a meal and paticularly Sunday Lunch which is outstanding and the carvery is the best great quality and excellent value.

The hotel is comfortable, staff are friendly and very welcoming and provide a great service. Its in a prime location central to everything and also provide reglar good music entertainment.

A really homely place and its always a must for us

Room Tip: A lovely friendly homely hotel with good food

My wife,a friend and our two grand children stopped at the Seaward for three nights and had a great time. The location was perfect over looking the sea front,we found the food to be of excellent quality and plenty of it.We travel quite a lot and certainly never found more helpful and friendly staff. It is fair to say the rooms were not the the biggest but considering three were in ours they were perfectly adequate.I would recommend it to anyone judging by our experience, plus entertainment every night.

Room Tip: For a view have one at the front,to be a little quieter choose at the rear.

Paid £27 on late rooms for a double room. Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable room in a great location. Could have done without the kitchen staff discussing parsnips loudly at 8am mind you. Only three channels on the telly and a mouldy carpet in the bathroom but the bed was comfy and the coffee was a bonus. Fantastic for a cheap overnight post night out stay.

We didn't stay in this hotel (thank god!) but asked if we could have some teas and coffees on a Sunday morning as it had a sign outside saying breakfasts served. We didn't actually order, we were waiting for someone to come to our table and instead a very rude lady came out with four cups of coffee (2 of us didn't drink it) and then 10 minutes later came out with 4 pieces of toast in a rack and no plates.

So after something we didn't order and being shouted at by a grumpy waitress, on going to pay we were told it was £18 for 4 small cups of coffee and 4 pieces of toast. £18.... the coffee was apparently £2.30 per cup which means it was over £8 for 4 slices of toast. WHAT A RIP OFF. We come to Weston every year on a rally of about 1000 people. We sure as hell won't be going to The Seaward or recommending it to anyone.

Nice location , but the hotel itself lacks something. The receptionist was pleasant enough and told us how to get to our room, which was a good job because it would have taken forever if she hadn't. Tiny room and toilet, view of a wall and window, tired décor and very basic indeed. The food is poor, my meal was whipped away from me ( before the other diners could see the caterpillars playing in my side salad ) and did not return with anything else, except an overpriced bill for my wife's meal and wine. The breakfast was probably the most disgusting one I have tried to eat in England and the coffee was more like bitumen in both taste and looks. The only thing that was any good at all was the entertainment, which wasn't bad at all except for the poor old fella behind the bar who looked as though he was going to drop any moment.
