Excellent B&B. Just got everything right. Stayed in May. The room was good. The host was good. The breakfast was very good. We were made very welcome. It could not have been better. We will return, hopefully soon.

Room Tip: I think they will all be good.

I've just come back from an amazing 3 day stay here with a friend and my 6 year old. It is simply fantastic. Louise, the landlady, has a good balance between being personable and being unobtrusive. The rooms were brilliant as was the breakfast. In terms of the location it was stunning, perfectly positioned; you could stay and look at the view all day. Her garden is a delight. I really think Louise should significantly raise her prices - she's desperately underselling herself.

After a long day driving the back roads of Wales, from the Brecon Beacons to Snowdonia via Barmouth, we were welcomed by our hostess with tea and coffee on the terrace overlooking the valley - such a stunning and peaceful spot. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and breakfast was marvellous - thanks again to the owner who got us fed and on our way at an early hour. The B&B is about a half hour walk down into Llanrwst, where there is a good selection of restaurants and pubs. We'd have no hesitation in recommending the Padog B&B to travellers in this area.

This is a fabulous B & B, comfy beds, gorgeous breakfasts, peaceful surroundings and a lovely host (Louise) who goes out of her way to make your stay special. We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights to celebrate a friends 60th Birthday. We couldn't have chosen anywhere better and wished we could have stayed longer. We look forward to returning, hopefully next year. This is a little gem of a place, you won't be disappointed.

What's not to love about this place?!?!?

We stayed here the night before a walk up Snowdon.

Such a lovely homely place in stunning quiet surroundings. Upon arrival Elwyn made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble even recommending a nice local pub for us to eat at. What can I say about the facilities? Well, my Mrs is a stickler for clean hotels and this place is spotless and gleaming!! The attention to detail is second to none from the 'honesty tuck shop' in the hallway right down to the cute little pots with the jam and butter in at breakfast. The beds and bedding are so comfortable that with the quiet surroundings made it difficult to get out of bed this morning!!

It's not often that we have a cooked breakfast so was looking forward to this one and it certainly didn't disappoint. As promised it was on the table for time we asked with toast and freshly brewed coffee to boot! Fantastic!

We will definitely be staying here again on our next snowdonia outing. This place is an absolute gem!
