An old fashioned Indian with a classic menu, their willing to cook off piste if you ask and the food was tasty and good.

Not somewhere to take a first date but a good choice for the lads or a post match bite.

We went here after the rugby double header, Saturday in Richmond was very busy and noisy. The restaraunt was calm and the food very good, they kindly rushed my onion barji order through are I was so hungry and the popadoms came very quickly.

Food was good service good to and value for money. Yes the decoration was much but the food more than made up for it.

We come maybe thrice a year. Nothing flash but not cheap either. So far as we can tell it's pretty authentic. The service can be a little slow on the uptake but we have never been let down. We tend to go in groups of 6+ so we don't care to much about the decorating or the ambience. We shall continue to come and would nudge others to try it. Never used the takeaway.

Myself and a group of friends had a thoroughly enjoyable meal at the Taste of Gujarat. The food was excellent, with a good choice of varied dishes.

Although the food was very good the service and decor lacks quality and polish. But overall we enjoyed our visit.
