Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly service.

The room was perfectly adequate. The bathroom was really, nice, which is more important than the room sometimes! Lots of sunlight. Comfy bed.

No complaints. Good value. I'd stay here again.

Superficially a smart four* hotel, BUT.... only one chair in the bedroom, extra chair supplied on request.
Only TWO tea bags provided, extra provided on request.
* Two beds were pushed together to make one massive one. No problem with that but I had to GET OUT OF BED whenever I wanted to turn on/off the bedside light which for me is 2 - 3 three times as I don't sleep well so putting out the light was a mega negative re awakening event!
Breakfast was extra cost. Croissants and rolls were dry and uneatable, and small pot of coffee for two... further provided on request.
Too many little things were just not there as standard in a four star hotel. Not cheap.
Won't be visiting again

Room Tip: Don't know if they are all the same.

On the west side of London, 10 kilometers from Heathrow and five minutes from the tube station of Richmond, this fairly small hotel offers all the basics. I stayed in a double room (#302), which was pretty nice and so was the bath room with the usual amenities. There is some traffic around but it will not bother you till 6:30 hrs on weekdays as to London standards, you could call this the quiet part of town. Breakfast buffet was good but nothing fancy though. If you're stuck in your room during the evenings, keep in mind that the selection of TV channels won't help you out very much. However, there is a nice pub just across the road. So, if you need a place to stay for a couple of nights, the Richmond Inn Hotel could be just that.

Room Tip: 302 is quite allright and if you book the room next to it as well, you can take the whole family as...

Stayed here for two nights for a rugby trip to Twickenham. The bedroom was really good with all the facilities expected.

This friendly hotel has a tiny bar and lounge area which detracts, especially as it is an expensive hotel.

There are a couple of good pubs across the road, the White Horse which does good roast dinners, and the Red Cow.

Close enough to the railway station, but would need a very good reason to choose to stay in Richmond, anyway

Spent two nights here for a rugby weekend, three sharing a family room which consisted of a double and a single bed. Very quiet as it faced the inner courtyard. The room itself was fine but nothing special. The hotel is approximately 300 metres from the centre of Richmond, 30 minutes by taxi from Heathrow. Only a continental breakfast is included, the cooked version being a further £10.50 and it was surprising that this was not included in the overnight rate. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Stayed for one night for a rugby match and it served this purpose well, I wouldn’t have fancied it for a romantic week-end or a special occasion. It’s a short walk from the train station and handy enough for everything else.
The room (a twin) was 1970s and kitsch in style but in good condition, clean and had all the essentials including air con and windows that opened. I found it expensive, but it was a match weekend, the price included a continental breakfast, note that the cooked breakfast is extra and this isn’t too obvious.
Check in and check out were hassle free and staff were smiley and pleasant.
I would return if I needed central Richmond but wouldn’t pay what I did pay if it wasn’t match weekend.

Good hotel for short stay in outer London. Very convenient for walking to Richmond or Richmond train station. Functional hotel- a little in need of external redecoration. Good continental breakfast but very light on facilities. My tv did not work. Friendly staff and very clean rooms with comfy bed. Good pub close by.
