“Perfect stay in Naxos!”
Reviewed 23 September 2013

I stayed with my family at the Annita's Village for 10 days in September and we just spent a great holiday! Mrs Annita, the owner, and her family were always kind to all guests and helpful for everything they needed!
The rooms we had (two double superiors) were both clean, spacious and very well furnished with comfortable beds and equipped kitchenettes with tables, one of them also had a huge balcony. Moreover, we had an upper room category than the one we booked for at the same price... they made our stay very pleasant in all ways!!
The pictures you can see from the website of the hotel are totally reliable, not always a common fact in greece!!
Breakfast as well was really good, thank to the homemade products and the wide choice we could find every morning.
The hotel was in a very nice structure, well keeped in the typical cycladic style, 5 minutes far from the Agia Anna Village. The position is strategic to visit Naxos main town (about 4 km far) and the most beautiful beaches of the Island, but it's clearly necessary to rent a car or a bike to take advantage of all the places you can visit in Naxos.
Anyway, the bus stop to go in Chora or Plaka beaches is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, like many car rentals and taverns in Agia Anna.
We absolutely recommend it, considerind it was the sixth time I've been in Naxos and I stayed in many other structures in the past years!!!
We were really happy and satisfied of our holiday in Naxos, thank as well to the perfect weather we found in the early days of September. Beaches and town were very little crowded and the wind was always calm.

Annita's Village is a very comforable place, just 500 meters from the Agia Anna beach in Naxos. The capital city can be visited within just 15 minutes with very good bus transfers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A nice swimming pool just in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very nice, various and rich.

My husband and I stayed with Annita in a studio room for 3 nights while on Naxos island. We found the accommodation just right for us. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, but still walking distance to a beach, restaurants and convenience store. The pool is beautiful, and sheltered, the breakfasts lovely with traditional and familiar foods served as a buffet. Our room had a balcony with clothes rack, good sized fridge, hot plate, saucepans and crockery etc (not that we cooked). It is on a bus route, but we hired a car from just down the road for a reasonable price, plenty of parking. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved this little hotel and the proprietor was a most pleasant woman. The room was excellent, the hotel itself lovely with an excellent swimming pool. The breakfast included was adequate and tastey. It was a bit of a walk to the beach at Agia Ana but no more than 10- 15 minutes. There's a local bus from there to take you down to other beaches as well as into town.

Room Tip: I had a lovely room overlooking the pool area. It was quiet and a restful place to sit on the balcon...

Have just left this hotel and we have happy memories of our stay there. The room was clean , functional and the property was well maintained. The proprietor and her son were always on hand to deal efficiently with any request.
Breakfast was well above standard for Greece. With choice of meats cheeses, eggs pastries and bread. The highlight was the fresh fruit which at this time of year comprised peaches and apricots from the proprietors own trees.

We were lucky enough to have one of the rooms with stunning views across to Paros and to the Chora. Location is not perfect and the 10 minute walk to and from the centre of Agia Anna is along a road with no footpath . However, traffic is not that heavy and you just have to listen out for vehicles.

Good free wifi is provided and the pool is adequate . Our room had a very good shower ( quite a rarity in Greece) and kitchenette. Our balcony was on the small side , but many rooms had large stone balconies.
This was the cheapest of all the hotels we booked on our island hop and was excellent value for money

This is one that is on the list to revisit in the future

Room Tip: Some rooms have excellent sea views . Rooms 8, 11 , and 12 can be recommended , so long as you don...

Just returned from 11 days at Annita's. Rooms spacious clean and in great condition nicely decorated including beautiful watercolors painted by Annita herself. She and her husband and sons were most helpful when our son was sick. You have to walk to beach but just when you start getting tired, there it is! Much preferred over places on the beach which are literally over restaurants and bars. Btw housekeeping was impeccable.
