Beautiful view over Loch Levan but rooms overpriced. Problems with plumbing, flooding shower and overflowing toilet, owner was very blaze about this and said'you have to expect this sort of thing in the Highlands'! Not at £120 per night you don't.
Receptionist was rude and surly.
Serving staff excellent very friendly and efficient.
