Perfect area if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle and get a real feel for a small town up in the mountain. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful view over the "cala" and could watch the sunset each night just from our balcony! Though if not in such luck plenty of spots outside to view as well. The town is quaint and not much to do, so if looking to be more of a tourist definitely rent a car (free parking just a 2 min walk) and you can pretty much get anywhere on island in about 1-1.5hr w/car! There is a public bus stop, check at front desk for frequency. If just lounging then this is a great hotel. Small outdoor pool, lots of sunbathing space, billiards, mini golf & indoor pool/spa area that is great to unwind & included! Room was large, clean, spacious & w/mini fridge. Only complaint is the A/C unit is not that strong for the warmer days. There is a small market with basic items & odd hours, but if looking for more selection hit up the supermarket in Esporles (20 min by car). About 6 different place to choose from to dine as well in town as not to bore easily of one menu. There is a "beach" cove down the hill. Worth the hike to check out, but all rocks! There are some sandy beaches just south that are great. Just ask the front desk for suggestions. The help was very friendly and could speak multiple languages.

My fiance and I stayed here for a week for a wedding. The hotel is located in a village about an hour away from the largest city, Palma on Mallorca and the views from the hotel onto the Serra Taramuntana at sunset are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is kept amazingly clean and the decor is contemporary and spartan. The staff is friendly, helpful and full of ideas and suggestions for beaches to visit and things to see. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with something for every kind of palette, from savory to sweet. They have a wonderful pool overlooking the landscape that is wonderfully cool when it's hot and it's great to watch the sunset if you are still taking a dip in the evening.

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for a room with a view! There's a beautiful view where you can watch the sun set between the cliffs over the ocean that is breathtaking. Make sure that the balcony is closed when you go to sleep. There is a rooster and a donkey, as well as a very timely church bell. However, you hear nothing with the door closed.

Our little family (kids 8 and 10) loved this Hotel. Good service, nice location with wonderful views and surprisingly good facilities. The food was even great! there were even several cosy restaurants nearby. We used it as a base for hiking. Nothing to complain about.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights, the location is truly breathtaking and the pictures really don't do it justice, the hotel is warm and friendly. The staff are polite and helpful making the stay delightful and they make a wonderful gin and tonic! We were lucky the weather was glorious, 32 degrees every day and not a cloud in the sky, the pool area is lovely never crowded and the water is deliciously cool.

I haven't had a holiday abroad for 10 years and this was a perfect getaway to dip my toe in the water, i felt very rested and the mountain backdrop views from the breakfast terrace really set you up for the day. We would definately come back but for longer next time.

Lovely little village with great sunsets. Also great if you fancy taking a bike and cycling through the mountains. Close to Palma and other lovely coastal towns. Great hotel and well worth a visit...we have been twice.
