We were two couples and spent a weekend in this hotel. We spent one night in Igloo (at Brixen im Thale) before and thus came early on Friday, looking forward to warm up.  The hotel let us leave our luggage there one day earlier than our reservation was and checked us in early on Friday. It was very friendly from them and very convenient for us.
The rooms were huge, almost unnecessary for the weekend stay, but must be very convenient for a longer vacation. It has got lobby, living room (with minibar), bedroom, balcony, bathroom with bath tub and toilet and one extra toilet for disabled with sink. Also, there is a bag with bathrobes, towels and slippers in the room, which is very handy to take to the wellness area.
The wellness area has got rather large indoor pool, sauna world and massages & cosmetic salons. I had a massage there which was rather average quality, however I didn’t have high expectation so have enjoyed it.
If I should mention any downside, it would be minor things: The linen on my husband’s bed was bit dusty, but overall it was clean. They automatically charge to your bill contribution to charity without your previous approval, however they offer to take it away upon your question. The check-out time is friendly, at 11am. The cleaning lady knocked our door at 10:55, we asked her for few more minutes, and she came back at exactly 11:00. This was bit annoying. But overall all the hotel staff was very nice.
Generally, we were very satisfied and recommend this hotel.

Dear Reader,

If you have decide last minute to pack your luggage for skiing, this is it. Cordial it is great, if you are 65+ old, it is just perfect. If you have a nice cat or dog and you like to offer him a vacation at Kitzbuel, this is the perfect place, because they allow pets, as well as if you have 2 grandchildren and you want to have a vacation with them it is also gooooooood, BUT:
If you decide ICE& Fire, forget it because in spite of the fact that the personal is great, very helpful, always ready to support you, the atmosphere is for average of 66 +years old.
The Hotel is a little far away from the slopes and if it's windy outside even more far away because the nearest station will be close (Fleckalmbahn), so you need to take the bus and at some point change it for another station. The wellness is good but after you refresh yourself you can't go out for a walk and a drink because there isn't any bar or restaurants around and you can't get downtown to Kitzbuel only by your own car or by taxi .So, there are no bars and no restaurants around, only a nice and quiet view. The staff from the restaurant is very nice, especially Gianni, he always smiles and he is friendly ( we can understand why, cause he is from Venice, Italy :)) ), but the drinks are annoyingly expensive and in small quantities, especially the wine, you have the impression that they sell it as vodka or bourbon - 40 cl per glass!
As I said before, if you decide last minute and you really are eager to go skiing, it is OK, but otherwise, read carefully and think twice !
Overall, is it a good hotel, with nice rooms, big and spacious, good parking and good rental ski thanks to the gentleman over there cause he is a nice and professional person.

Room Tip: ask for a room with the view to the north or to the back parking place !

We visited Austria for a few days skiing in March. I got a ski deal through a deals website. We were really happy with the hotel, loads of space, really comfortable, the food was fabulous and we really enjoyed the spa. As we were skiing during hte day we had to pack a lot in. The only downside was the location, it is a good bit outside of Kitzbuhel so getting into town wasn't really an option. We did go in one night but it cost about €12 each way in a taxi (and they are not very open to negotiation or agreeing a rate in advance). Highlight for me at the hotel was the food, it was really great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it as a comfortable, good value, good quality hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly and all of the rooms and facilities were spotless. The resort proved to be a good mix of self catering butvwith the advantage of having all the hotel facilities to use. We used the breakfast facility most days and their was a good selection of hot and cold food. We only eat in the restaurant once mainly because their is so much good choice in both Reith and Kitzbuhel. The wellness centre is clean and compreshensive. One of the real plus factors for us was the large cross country skiing route just outside the hotel, we had never tried this activity before and ended up loving it. The one tip I would give is to hire a car.
