Very comfortable bed, excellent food at the restaurant and daughter loved the pool with slide. My wife and I liked the pillows so much we attempted to identify the brand so we could purchase for our bed at home but were unsuccessful. :(

We have stayed one week for the last four summers, usually two two bedrooms.
We are finding chairs badly stained. and carpets badly stained and since you allow pets we are not certain where these stains come
Another factor is wedding. You have a Wedding garden but use beach as well. Our family of 10 prefer beach, under tree for shade and use pool as we need to with little ones. This year some of our family stayed for 8 nights, the others 7 and we were asked to move off beach 5 times, chairs, floaties, coolers and once removed from green area by BBQ pits as well for reception.A simple solution would be the tree S divider. We asked about this, we asked to discuss with coordinator, she was to call, never did. Not sure how you remove people from public beach to hold weddings to benefit you.
Unfortunately we had a family member this year that suffered severe burns to both hands recently and cannot be in sun. After removing us from two locations he was forced to return to room. Pool not an option, all shady spots taken with towels by 7:00 am. So family meeting agreed we need to move on we have always enjoyed stay but beach disruption and neglected carpets and chairs have caused us to move on.Thanks
Bernice Willoughby

Great place but we could not get the front desk to answer the phone several times when we called to the desk. And they were too short -staffed to serve us in the restaurant for dinner despite many empty tables. Very disappointing. Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

Nice property but over priced for the level of staffing and service that you get compared to other Okanagan Resorts we have stayed at. The pull out couch in the living area was so uncomfortable that my kids (age 7 and 9)almost couldn't sleep on it. We also had to ask for bedding for it after we had checked in. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have in-suite laundry.

First off would like to say that this place is perfectly located right on the lake with a marina can rent boats, paddle boards etc. Beach area is small but was never crowded and the same can be said with the pool. Never felt crowded at all and the kids loved the water slide. Bar at the pool and restaurant but the service really lacked here. We would have to always get up and go to the bar to get drinks or order food there was rarely anyone that came around the pool area.
On arrival both my wife and myself found the front desk guy (assistant manager) very stand offish and never once smiled. Our room had a toilet that was very dirty and wouldn't flush but they did come fix this. Talked to several guests that were paying over 600 night that were on day 4 and 5 that didn't have AC working yet. Things like this should never happen when paying 5 star money for a room.
There were numerous weddings during our stay and we would have to leave the beach area and even the lake if swimming. Again, paying this kind of money this should never happen and again we talked to many guests that were not happy with this.
The restaurant on site was very good we thought. During our meal had a spider come down in our bottle of wine and one of our waters. Looked up and several webs with huge spiders. This somewhat understandable as it is in the trees somewhat but our server was more scared of them then us and did nothing. Not good again as the meal wasn`t cheap by any means and I had to take care of the spiders myself and our kids then didn't want to stay and who can really blame them.
Our lake view room was beautiful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and plenty of room for 4 of us with spectacular views.
All in all this place is beautiful and didn't seem crowded although sold out. Had no troubles getting pool chairs at all. The only thing can say negative would be with the service and lack there of. 5 star prices deserve 5 star service in our opinion.

Rooms are excellent, facility pools/fitness centre are top end. It is a fine family destination. Unfortunate that past abuses by guests/ intruders have prompted strict rules in pool access -- detracts from relaxed enjoyment.
