That is how Mission Hill host welcomed us even though we had reservations which they couldn't find. They reluctantly set up a table for 7, told us they were fully booked even though after two hours only half was occupied. The food arrived cold, undercooked and not prepared according to the menu; aesthetically pleasing only. It was like sitting in a blizzard, cold and windy. If they want their guests to be happy and comfortable they should have better dining accommodations when the weather changes. Only after we didn't order dessert because we were so cold, they offered us blankets. It was a most disappointing experience and we have no intentions of going back. The winery and views are lovely.
