The hotel was lovely for the price, I didn't have the food in restaurant but the food in the bar was nice.
The view was beautiful.
It's in the middle and bus ride to Phaphos but it's not too far at all.

There is a couple of local restaurants that were lovely too. A sunset bar on the beach and a bar to right when you're walking down to it.

I would return back to this place, the spa facilities were lush too.

Highly reccomoned this hotel! Me and my husband came for our honeymoon W/C 17th June we arrived a little after 11pm and was rather hungry after a long trip it was a nice touch that the hotel had prepared a sandwich for us both. We decided to go all inclusive and was very happy that we did meal times are great breakfast from approx 7am - 10am lunch 12pm - 3pm dinner 7pm - 10pm there was also snacks available inbetween these times, plenty to chose from alcohol and soft drink wise. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy rooms and corridors always smelt clean and fresh rooms get cleaned and made up on a daily basis. There are 3 great pools one small splash pool for children one fantastic infinity pool with amazing views and another pool on the sundeck to cool down in after sunbathing. The whole of the hotel has magnificent views over Cyprus inland and sea views. It is closer to Coral Bay shops bars and restaurants taking approx 10 minutes with the bus costing €1.50 each and stops outside around every 10/15 minutes Paphos Harbour takes around 20 minutes on the bus in the opposite direction and still only costs €1.50 buses run until approx 12.30am again cannot praise this hotel any higher all staff are very pleasant, friendly and are eager to help when they can. There is also a great spa which is part of the hotel offering couples massages and treatments which is brilliant if you are looking for a fully relaxing experience. We are already looking in to coming back next year as a family as there is plenty for children to do E.G. small park located next to the bar, pool table, table tennis, entertainment and children's pool.

Travelled with family and arrived late at night and as you can imagine desperate to get settled. The receptionist (unsure of his name) was abrupt, rude and kept interrupting us, thankfully not all staff were like this. The bar staff were amazing especially Zoe, Alex, Vesela and Marcin who really looked after us! Food and drinks were very reasonably priced. There is also very easy access to the beach from the resort and the buses into paphos amd coral bay are very regular.

Improvements are needed in terms of accessibility; we stayed at the bottom of the resort and it's not ideal for people with mobility issues, very steep hill and no handrails and building work is being carried out therefore in my opinion not very safe. The wifi isn't very temperamental and not secure.

first time at this Hotel and definately the last. Overlooks building on 2 sides, needs drastically updating throughout. Is definately not a 4 star rating have stayed at better 2 and 3 star hotels. The pool isn't cleaned regular enough and the food is very repetative. 2 tiny sachets of coffee to last us for 10 days were never replaced.

Room Tip: Update the furniture springs in the sofa gone and fridge dial broken off and very noisy.

I booked a week here for my two adult daughter's and myself to have some much needed rest and relaxation after a very hectic few months for all of us. We couldn't have wished for a better place. Spotlessly clean, with friendly, attentive, helpful staff. The pool areas are great to sit and unwind at, with three beautiful pools with ample sunloungers and parasol for holidaymakers to use. We were staying on a bed and breakfast basis as in my experience all inclusive doesn't always mean great food, and we wanted to eat out at local restaurants to try local food. However, the breakfast were a hood range of buffet style choices, ranging from cereals, continental or cooked breakfast. Always a great selection of fresh fruit and yoghurt too. We chose to have half board for the final three nights and we're not disappointed. Again buffet style, offering hot food and a huge selection of fresh salads. There was plenty to choose from and three courses if you wished. Not the greatest food but what we had we enjoyed and for 8€ each per night, was excellent value for money in my opinion.

The public areas of the hotel are kept beautifully clean, with well stocked toilets and plenty of chairs and sofas to relax on. The bar areas too, offered plenty of seating and tables with table service and bar prices comparable to the UK.

The only down side for me was the spa guy who pestered guests all the time to try and get them to use the spa. I appreciate he has a job to do but it did become annoying and I could see other guests didn't appreciate his persistence either.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and advise you buy a weekly bus ticket for 20€ (adults) which allowed us to explore further afield easily on the excellent local bus service. However, the drivers are not particularly friendly but once you get into Paphos bus station the staff there were extremely helpful and explained the different buses we needed to use to explore.

I think the Theo Sunset does deserve it's 4* rating. It's a beautiful place to stay and like the name states, the views of the bay at all times of the day are stunning, but especially at sunset.
