Swimming in ghee, which leaks into the carrier bag. It's a complete mess when you get home. On one occasion the restaurant managed to crush a foil dish which spilled its contents into the bag.
Check takeaway orders very carefully when you collect them - we've often come away minus a few things we paid for - last night we got the poppadoms but not the pickles. We live 20 minutes away and husband wasn't inclined to go back.
I wonder how much profit they make by charging for food they don't provide, either hoping you don't notice or that you can't be bothered to go back and complain.
In the restaurant its very hard to understand some of the waiters, due both to their accents, and the fact that they seem to have different names for the dishes to what is written on the menu. I've had to ask "what is that?" more than once.
