We visited this villa in July 2018, it is on the outskirts of a small town with a few restaurants. Nothing special but ok. There is a nice old village in walking distance. It is also well situated to get around the area. The Villa itself is recently refurbished to a very good standard, however there are some things that really let it down. The outside space was very poorly maintained, if you are going to spend time in a villa in Italy in the summer then you are going to spend a lot of time outside. The garden was so poorly kept our children couldn’t play in it and we were confined to the patio areas. At one point we even considered mowing the lawn ourselves. There were also some other problems- the sprinkler system regularly sprayed the patio in the evening at the time we wiuld be eating dinner. The electricity system regularly blew and required resetting. We mentioned the garden problems at the time but nothing was done about it and also mentioned the other problems after we returned but the management company did not seem very interested - so there appears to be a lack of quality in customer service. Overall would not recommend staying here unless they get better at looking after guests!
